Case Study 7/2-2 Case Study 7/2-2 Buyer-seller relationships are an integral part in many organizations. These relations affect the profit that an organization may boast of at the end of the business day. If the organization boasts of exceptional buyer-seller relations, it is likely it may boast of exceptional profits. As consumers of goods and services get accustomed to certain treatment, it is crucial for manufacturers and suppliers to keep up with these trends. The lack of capability to take care of customer needs leads to loss of customers.

Loyalty is crucial in the growth and development of an organization. By maintaining such relations, loyalty is guaranteed, for a long time. The question as to whether addressing the needs of the consumer, when it comes to their needs, is raised. Through incorporation of methods to attract and retain customers, the two case studies claim that profits may be affected. They may be positively or negatively affected depending on the nature of the relationship. A careful look into how many organizations, corporations, and companies conduct their business will reveal a deep interest in their customer base (Kye, 2009).
