This is because this aspect incorporates social loafing and additive performance. There is a close relationship between social loafing and additive tasks in the individual tasks. Social loafing helps in exertion of less effort when participating in individual activities and personal drive. On the other hand, additive tasks are the tasks which take into account the individual effort of each participant in the additive tasks. Social loafing is lower when additive tasks are being carried out given that each person within the individual is compelled to compete with the members to be the best individual. This is because of the need to seek self-satisfaction of achievement. Success boosts their personal psyche of people hence each individual will seek to be successful instead of being accused of having led to the failure of the individuals. The aspect of culture in Kuwait and Japan is crucial. Culture entails the norms and practices passed on, from one generation to another. The horticulturalists and the forager communities rely on farming and nomadism for income. A social construct system is a vital aspect in the society because it influences the relationships among people. This emanates from the socio-economic and political inclinations, which interlinks the society members. According to Shadid (2012, 63), a social construct encompasses the relationships existing between people on social, economic, domestic and political fronts. There are different types of cultures like the Japanese, which arise from many aspects in society. The Japanese culture is based on ethnicity given Japan’s diversity of communities. The social structure of the Chinese structure is slightly different from that of the Kuwait. This is evident in the interaction of the interviewee and his Kuwait counterparts. Conflict resolution in Japan is not akin to conflict resolution in the Kuwait. This is because the interviewee prefers amicable and peaceful means of resolving disputes even in his studies. Additionally, the interviewee advocate for the welfare of both parties in the conflict, which arises. According to Finkelstein (2008, 67 ), resolving conflicts aggressively is human nature. It is also true that humans have recognized that maintaining peace and harmony within their social networks is essential for mutual survival. Kuwait advocates for individualism while Japan advocates for communism. This implies that the culture of Japan is more accommodative than the culture of the Kuwait. According to Choi (2009, 34), the idea of a person pursuing what he perceives right is lauded. This promotes individualism because of the thinking of a person. When the writer thinks and writes his or her thoughts, the approach often promotes individualism. The lack of social aid from peers when expressing an idea leads to individualism. She acknowledges the idea of a person expressing his or her idea when writing because it promotes self-belief. It enables a person to get all the credit without other interferences. This enables an individual to work even harder than before in achieving targeted goals. Humility is an essential aspect of the Japanese beliefs because of the culture of the Japanese people. Conversely, humility is considered a weakness among the Kuwait people. In this regard, the success of an individual in the Kuwait society is considered success for the entire population while the strides made by a Chinese person are downplayed by the rest of the community. The Kuwait people are time conscious compared to the Japanese people. The Japanese do not base their success on the aspect of time .Conversely; the Kuwait people attach the success of their tasks on the time management applied on each job done. This creates time pressures for most of the American people. This explains the high prevalence rate of heart attack diseases in Kuwait. According to Smith (2007, 45), time management enhances the achievement of goals, which ought to be specific, measurable, accurate, realistic and time-related. Organizing entails the assembling of the tools required for the given task. This will enhance the achievement of the goals pre-set. The respect of each person in the Japanese community is upheld because of the Japanese belief in morality and social ethics. However, this is not practiced in the Kuwait society because of the aspect of individualism. This makes the co-existence of the Kuwait people difficult. Individualism leads to geocentricism, which eliminates the benefits of communism in the American society. Globalization is international integration, which results for the dynamism of products, ideologies, ideas, lifestyles, and politics and not, by her related attributes. The argument globalization is a recent phenomenon is relative given that some aspects of globalization came into place many years ago whereas some other globalization aspects came into the limelight in the recent past. This paper will cover various arguments on how globalization is a recent phenomenon and a past phenomenon. The access volumes of data is a recent occurrence, which has greatly globalized many aspects of business. For instance, the access to bid data has enabled the organizational leaders to gather crucial information with regard to global performance trends in various sectors and product lines. Mayer ( 2013, 46) asserts that new methods of product differentiation and diversification have been learnt after the acquisition of bid sets of data from a global platform .Moreover, the management in many organizations has learnt new management strategies through the recent access to large volumes of data. The big information has culminated in the restructuring of organizational structure for efficiency and effectiveness in the global organizational operations. According to Cerra ( 2012, 34 ), the big data has led to realization of new ways of achieving global customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and total quality management within an organization These principles are key in the thriving of any organization. In the case of transportation of commodities there is use of sensors on trucks in order to streamline the delivery of goods through shipping. Nowadays companies have access to more information for decision making than in the past. This information is sourced from many sources, and it is delivered immediately hence revolutionizing the manner in which business should be run. Many organizations have devised ways of incorporating the bulky valuable information into product development and diversification in order to meet the market demands. Moreover, this move has enabled many organizations be upbeat with the changing trend in fashion, tastes and preference of the clientele. There has been a paradigm shift in the communication sector whereby social media is the center of information acquisition unlike the traditional scenario. The first impression of Dalal Aldakhel is that she was open-minded and accommodative given that she exhibited love and courtesy for everybody she met. She also proved to be a social person because she had the urge to interact with people including strange people to her. In this regard, she had a high level of social intelligence. She also seemed to be confident of herself, which was a great attribute especially in the performance of organizational role. This implied that she was self-driven. She was impressive from the first instance given that she took the initiative as a leader to psych the rest of the members to speak. In this regard, the other members got the motivation to contribute in the discussion. This was not easy because all of the members were not free to each other. Eventually, she manages to outline the possible roles, which could be played by each member. She exhibited self-confidence given that she sought to have the rest of the members volunteer to the various tasks. She was also social given that she successfully persuaded Dalal Alrabash and Dashti to help her draft the proposal. Dalal Alrabash was a confident lad because he mingled with the despite the fact that he was non-native speaker. His humor thrilled every member .this made the interaction lively and exciting. Additionally, this humorous attribute enabled the rest of the members to identify with the people, which made them open to each other in the conversations. He was also confident because he approached their profession and enquired on the best title for their proposal. He was impressive throughout the interactive session given his humorous speeches. Yaqoub Dashti was not impressive because he could not open up during the meeting. However, he relatively contributed to the individual’s discussion. He was not used to the members. This made him retreat and be quiet all along. He could freely speak with his friends and people he was familiar with in his life. This was a challenge for him because this limited him from acquiring ideas and skills from the people she was not familiar with like the members. He was social with his friends, which implied that he is a potential influential member. This owes to the fact that he was to be open and vibrant in the next meeting. He had high self-esteem compared to the other friends .this was manifest in his rapport .he had no difficult introducing himself to the rest of the members. He maturely behaved, which indicated that he was not new in discussions. He took the initiative of doing research on the social need of their proposal. Additionally, he volunteered to find out the community impact of their proposal. This qualified him as a leader in this context of work. The members were impressing despite the weaknesses of some of the members’ was quiet but reflective on the behavior of the members. Language barrier was overcome because the incorporated everybody in the conversation. None of the members was sidelined in the participation of the task. This motivated the members and made each member to identify with the strengths and weaknesses of their fellow members.
