The system is more suitable for the conditions that can be considered as stable. On the other hand, Organic systems are suitable for the alternating conditions. The organic structure changes with affect from the changes brought by internal or external factors.

It is better to implement the organic system in such cases that are influenced by continuous changes and urgent actions are required. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the four basic organization structures.Corporation has the significant advantages of limited liability protection offered to proprietors. However, the disadvantage is the significant increase in the amount of taxation (double).The significant advantage of partnership is the contribution made by the partners to aim and attain company’s goals together.

While, the major drawback is the conflicts between the partners regarding certain issues resulting in breakups.Having a single controlling person in a company avoids conflicts and thus it is important advantage of sole proprietorship. However, lacking the liability protection is the major disadvantage of the sole proprietorship.The compensation is the taxation is the major advantage of the limited liability company. However, the major disadvantage of the limited liability company is the contribution of the investment to establish the business.

Describe the three mechanisms associated with institutional isomorphism and how each one affects organization’s homogeneity.Coercive Isomorphism They have an extensive pressure from the various organizations because they depend on those organizations. The organization also has a cultural pressure because society has some expectations and they have to fulfill that expectation for gaining prosperity in society. They have various other pressures like governmental directives, contract rules, and financial necessities.

 Mimetic ProcessesOrganizations alter the aims and objective due to the impacts such as employees’ turnovers and thus there is a need to diffuse the model. Normative PressuresThe pressures influenced by the professions are often recognized as the normative pressures. Similar educational background and social norms play an important role in tackling the pressures. Similar educational background encourages the homogeneity due to have similar thought and idea while solving a problem.Discuss the various strategies organizations use to develop and sustain inter organizational relationship.

Coordination: Organizations having similar businesses may work in coordination with other.Cooperation: Cooperation refers to inter organizational relationship in which a product comes to the market with one part of the part manufactured in one company and the other in another company. Like a car manufacturing company. A part of the product is manufactured one company and the other in another company and one company assembles all the parts.Collaboration: It is the strategy in which the different companies have mutual goals and thus it is better share the profit instead of giving the whole.

Integration: It is the strategy in which the organizations having same goals and similar works merge to become a single company. Describe the five organizational parts of an organization and their significance to organizational design.The main part of any organization due to which, it runs is the operating core. The people who are working in the operating core are the cream of the organization.Strategic apex works for the provision of supervisory actions and makes sure that the organization works as er the defined mission.

Middle line is the second part of the organizational structure with the help of which, authority is transferred between diferent organizational levels.Analysts working in an organization shape the technostructure as their work is standardized.Support staff are the service providers of an organization and work for adminstration.Discuss the relationships of the five organizational parts of an organization to simple, machine bureaucracy, professional bureaucracy, divisional and adhocracy structural configurations,Machine BureaucracyMachine bureaucracy is decentralized organizational structure that stresses on the importance of the technical staff and also stresses on the equality of work.
