These recovery plans and strategies targets groups of organisms that indicates signs of extinction uncertainties mainly from imbalance in sustainability of the ecosystem due to mainly human derogatory activities. Such human activities include irresponsive hunting habits, infrastructural developments, industrial activities, and other major activities that either destroy the habitats of flora and fauna or endanger them.

In United States, the endangered species Act remains domineering in protecting and preventing extinction of endangered animals and plants within the earth and sea. While implementation and realization of recovery plans including endangered species Act polices administered by Fish and wildlife service, as an agency remains extremely expensive and effectual to the economy, it has greater benefits. Recovery and prevention of endangered species have greater significant benefits including maintenance and sustainability of the ecosystem when compared to protection of individual property rights.

Ecological balance requires collective involvement of animals and plants, a condition that eliminates individual rights. It is imperious to note that protecting and efficient recovery remains authoritative in preserving societal cultural values besides mutual scientific and economic values. Moreover, recovery policies including endangered species have remained indispensable in preserving the most precious fisheries, plants, and animals that faced extinction threats in America. The most significant animals that faced extinction and have successfully been recovered from the danger includes California tiger salamander, black-footed ferret, delta smelt, salt-marsh harvest mouse, alameda whipsnake, San joaquin kit fox, and many others (EPA, 2014).

Preservation and recovery of the animals have remained essential in preserving Californian cultural heritage for instance besides contribution to overall economic growth through tourism, and supplementing educational studies. Importance of biodiversity from biological perspective There exists great interdependence in nature consisting of a mutual benefit link between plants and animals. The interdependence system remains fundamental when there exists variety of plants and animals in ensuring ecological balance and maintenance.

For instance, nitrogen cycle remains as the most significant bio-system that links a relationship in nature consisting of plants, bacteria, soil, and animals. Preservation of the biodiversity within the system is domineering in ensuring ecological balance. Such biodiversity existing as the varied importance of different species with specified roles such as nitogenfixation or assimilation remains essential in provision of food and maintenance life of other flora and fauna (Yang, 2011). Human biodiversity provides varied experience and mental capabilities that enables discovery and development of different life form programs and products that have greatly influenced my life. For instance, development of medicinal and pharmaceutical drugs from plants and animals has enabled me to maintain a healthy life through elimination of threatening diseases (Acton, 2012). Willingness to give economic gains for biodiversity benefitsYes, I would willingly give economic gains for significant biodiversity benefits.

Economic gains including hunting remains temporal and would not provide sustenance for a longer period especially for the future generation (Verdade, 2014).
