As a result, the HR department has not been an exception it has been the most affected by a wave of change. This is because this department is more influential in every company operation given its two major roles of hiring and firing employees. Nevertheless the welfare of workers is very essential in every organization hence this report discusses the legal issues which protect their welfare.
