Achievements:
- Business administration, and marketing over the years that I have worked.
- Holds the certificate of the completion of several programs such as business administration and management, managerial duties, and also a certificate of good conduct.
- I have been involved in several charity events and also several humanitarian events.

SWOT Analysis:
Strength: strong personal character, ability to work under pressure, desirable social skills, fast learner, and a keen eye for detail.
Weaknesses: inability to tolerate malice and malicious behavior.
Opportunities: self-employment and specializing in my field of work.
Threats: corruption, sickness, lack of moral support from friends and family.

My career goal is to apply my professional skills and knowledge in a business that has a bright future and accompany this with my plans which include completing my master’s degree program after two to three years. I would also like to get to the management level as I wage my way through the tough business world (Ramsey, 67). The business world is something that changes frequently with changing demand and supply in the market, and even with these entire variables, I want to emerge as a victor. I want to have more responsibility and experience so that I can contribute to the success of the company and my employees.  The managerial position will enable me to gain the confidence needed so that I may be able to sharpen my skills in entrepreneurship and also consultancy. With proper experience and education, I will be able to maintain a successful business career in entrepreneurship which will require an understanding of the changing needs that affect the marketplace. I want to be able to come up with ideas on how to serve people better so that my services or goods add value to the customers (Ramsey, 150). The skills that I want to achieve will not only lead to the success of the business but also the success of me as an individual. Many people who are successful today have had challenges in one way or another, but they have managed to come to the top of the business world by facing their fears and conquering them. Richard Branson and Bill Gates can be called entrepreneurs because they took the initiative to believe in themselves and now their businesses are flourishing globally. That is where I want to be headed as it is one step in the right direction. They took their objectives, put them in place, managed themselves, and ensured that their entrepreneurship skills paid off.

My first step is to get the ultimate satisfaction from my job and this means that I will progress much faster. Some people complain about their jobs regarding many issues, but one thing they do not know is that it does not give them the lead way to achieving their goals and objectives (Ramsey, 278). What I would want to keep in mind is that change is everything, be it in the everyday life that people encounter or in the professional aspect. Change leads to growth, and growth leads to success. An upgrade means that change has occurred and therefore, upgrading my knowledge and resources will be an important step in my career achievement. I will also take interest in my financial sector since this is a very important issue. Underpayment for any job may lead to frustration, and this might affect my ability to achieve the career goals that I intend to accomplish. My financial aspect should be as per the job I am doing since an underpayment or an overpayment does not build a career; skill, experience, and knowledge do. I will also ensure that I am satisfied with most of the activities that I carry out on any day to a certain level. Feeling the joy of accomplishment is better than being paid for it. I will also ensure that I have experienced new skills to ensure stability and thus, the much-needed comprehensive growth. With these, I can be sure that my career goals will be met, and also, I will be more successful than I had hoped (Ramsey, 290).
