In today’s rapid growth, huge market and pressure of increasing competition puts organization in a position where they are tend to make better strategies and for that companies keep a track of all the big companies and how they make strategies for better business in order to makebest of the work plan for better business. Business organizations use strategy of criminal organization’s because of the much gained output by criminals and their planning which turns out to be successful and seems to be helpful for business organizations. The common factor in both criminal organizations and business organizations is maximization of profit, both organizations either criminal or business have same motive of profit maximization and strategies of one another can be taken and implemented. The only difference between both is legitimate and illegal. In my essay I will discuss and focus on the analysis of strategy and implementation in both criminal and business organizations (Shelley1999). Business organizations Contemporary businesses along with small business surroundings are usually increasingly difficult, modifying, unreceptive, and very dangerous in order to the public along with the organization itself. Moreover, globalization has increased pressure and competition so in order to survive in this big market and to be visible in the rapidly growing market one simple method is to be versatile as according to the environmental difficulties. Thus prosperous businesses are usually those who recognize importance of the environmental concerns, evaluate their particular impacts on them along with behavior to avoid any possible situation, which may harm their particular standing in the market. Organizations structure along with functions generally indicates individuality of the company and standing in the market. Company businesses on the other hand while component of a continually modifying and growing world, the most important point is to adapt to the changing world with more powerful approach and changes in the existing strategy. Learning from the organizations which are far ahead and the ones which are in the starting phase but working well can also be taken as inspiration (Sheaffer 2003) History of criminal organizations In today’s world there are millions of criminal giants making billions of Dollars by harming human beings in one way or another. If we take example of Naples GDP is 65% and the increasing unemployment rate is 22,6% which leads to Governments failure and economic failure , due to this situation poverty rate is increased which gives birth to high rate of crime(Mammone 2014). Highest rate of drug dealing and majority of the people involved are young people who are educated and are jobless. La FamiliaMichoacana recruits young people from rehabilitation centers and convince them to give up on their addiction either its drug or alcohol and giving them training, meditations, motivational speaker sessions and readings( Daily Herald 2014).After training part is done some were given the choice to do driving and other work related to their aptitude and those interested in violent activities were given training of shooting, butchering and all. From the very beginning till date all the criminal organizations have one common strategy and that is to target the weak either financially or emotionally but to target those who are easily brainwashed and can be of great use and are poor, young brains which have so much to do but are restricted by any force which isn’t letting them put their brain into something effective and creative. Top criminal gangs which are involved in most offenses have very good strategies made by educated, creative minds (Vulliamy 2010). Strategies Using the fail in the Soviet Union, the fall of this Berlin Wall, and also the deregulation involving global monetary promotes in 1989, health systems and enterprisers the same started to be inebriated by means of dreams involving fresh opened markets. But no one may have foreseen that this finest good results report to occur by these types of events are the throughout the world surge involving sorted criminal offenses. Nowadays, roughly illegitimate business is the reason one-fifth in the global GDP and these criminal activities have a very fine strategy which is making these criminal organizations strong and powerful with huge success. Criminal activities have few major strategies in recent crime reported and those strategies if implemented in the business organizations can help in a better way. Criminal organizations are using those strategies for negative purposed and for destruction but in business they can be used for profit maximization. Specialist hiring Most of the Criminal organization which are on the hit list of the police and all law enforcement agencies, have experts in all fields. They have highly qualified engineers, contacts with terrorist groups, specialist in money laundering, website hackers, high tech cameras, wireless phones and trackers. All this latest technology is much required for the terrorist and criminal activities but one most important and required focus of the criminal activities is to hire specialists from all the fields. They recruit market experts and turn to niche marketplace in order to get specific experts. Constant focus of all the criminal organizations is to make contacts with the specialized skilled people who are needed for up-to-date criminal activities. Recent criminal cases have showed that identity specialists have this task to find people who are experts in replicating the holograms on identity and they have high tech satellite phones, latest phones, GSM handsets to stay in touch with each other and they also have Google earth 3-D models which help determining the routes and exit plans. From this example it is clear that all the criminal organizations are aware of the fact that law enforcement agencies are very much active and are technically updated to trace locations and plans so with the globalization and advancement crime has become very advanced as well and for that purpose criminal organizations have hired specialist from every field for best results of work and technology. This is a much adapted strategy of criminal organization to hire specialists of the fields and this strategy is very successful which business world has also adopted to find specialist of the field and hire them in order to get better results and better output. Creation of opportunity Criminal organizations use the strategy to scan the situation and act accordingly, spread the news and create opportunity to get benefit from the situation. In 2010 earthquake of Haiti different criminal groups scanned the environment of charity and a general wave of sympathy was very much in the air so creating opportunity was the most successful strategy of that time where criminal groups generated a text to donate $10 for the people who are suffering and facing a very tough time. Scammers also generated emails to donate money through western union and help the needy people but actually western union wasn’t accepting any kind of money for earthquake effected people. Huge amount of money was generated this way by criminal organization just because they had this strategy to create opportunity by using the news and scanning the environment. Technical advancement has given rise to the criminal activities as they have easy access to the planning and private affairs are public through social media. Business organizations are now adopting the same strategy by stocking the food and spreading fake news about shortage of specific food item and after it gets scarce in the market they increase the price and earn double the profit so this strategy of creating opportunity from criminal to business organizations can be seen (Marc 2014). Incentives Criminal organizations are well paid with other attractive incentives which can attract most sophisticated people from the very good backgrounds just because of the thrill of challenging the law and bragging about the right to hack the particular site. With crime comes the thrill and challenge to over-rule the existing system and particular rule. Highly intellectual people are attracted towards crime just because of the incentives it gives. Socially approved business use employee’s needs as the force of motivation but these criminal organization use worker’s needs for belonging, recognition and challenge. Money is very important but it isn’t everything so criminal organizations understand the worth of money but with money they acknowledge the need of other incentives which are much required and cannot be ignored. Business organizations should understand the fact that money cannot be everything and they have to re-build a good strategy learned from criminal organizations. Flow of information Keeping a track of the information going and coming. The flow of information should always be tracked in order to keep the danger out of the way and to keep everything secure. All criminal organizations keep this strategy as the main rule of their organization and for business organization this doesn’t matter much so this is another difference of strategy which has its value for organizations. Collaboration Collaboration is a very important strategy which can give a boost to the profits and business reputation and if we look at the criminal strategy we can clearly see collaboration off the borders, Al Qaeda even though their unit is different working with other radical groups in order to make better hold on the crime world. Drug dealers of Hong Kong joined hands with Japanese company to inflate the reach of their goods in the market. Going global is the strategy of criminal organizations, the only focus is to expand and rule maximum of the market. Either criminal or business both organizations have same target which is to hold maximum of the profits and for that crime world has strategy of collaboration with even rivalries and make good money in today’s market. Business organizations have adopted this strategy of not taking competitors as rivals but take them as partners who can help business grow and beneficial partnership is better than being competitors. Loyalty Criminal organizations have one very strong point and that’s loyalty amongst top management to the low level works, everyone is loyal and faithful and no matter what no information can be leaked. Top drug companies to Al-Qaeda and other criminal organization they have a very strong strategy of protecting the information theft which is reason of the long lasting business and maximum output. Long term profit Criminals records clearly show that small numerous transactions can give more opportunities to expand then to hit a big plan and flop in the beginning. Small hits gives more long term profits and chances to grow so this strategy if adopted by business world as well. Smaller portion for long time can give more gain then larger portion for small period of time. Analysis Criminal organizations in order to gain social approval and sympathy of people focuses on making their outer cover more golden so that people get deceived by the outer glitter and don’t look in the brutality and damage being given to society in the form of criminal activities. Sustainability and environment friendly products, social welfare, systematic growth and so many other strategies of the criminal organizations can be observed in order to socially make them better (Barnard 1997). Brain washing people by exploiting their weak sides and emotionally weak people get into their plan and become part of the crime world. Business world isn’t using much of the criminal strategies whereas criminal organizations are using business strategies to gain maximum benefit. Criminal organizations are using very high technology to work with hi-tech law enforcement agencies which are against them. Conclusion Very first point is that when we compare criminal corporations with other business organizations we actually do an imperfect comparison because crime groups are not concerned with the social and human kind of acts and they are not concerned of the social and moral acts no matter how good and intellectual people they hire in their organizations and no matter how good strategies they make to grow, the fact remains the same that they are inhuman because they do crime and they harm the society. Organized crime is very much relying on technology for the sake of advantage and growth so in this case they doing something good by pushing the frontiers of knowledge because they develop new things to find short cuts and safety which gives birth a new technology which is helpful for even a business organization. After considering facts about the criminal organization and their strategies which are way more effective and flexible than any other organization, the end point can be focusing on making the world a better place by adopting better strategies which can help business grow in positive way not by harming others. Corporate social responsibility is another need of the times which should be added to the strategy of all growing organizations and in order to survive for longer period of time we need to look beyond our own profit maximization and expansion (Petrovits 2010).We need to save our environment and resources in order to utilize them in future. Criminal organizations are using business strategies to work effectively and they have long term planning to tackle the problems and hurdles where as business organizations are less looking towards problem handling and long term measurements. Profit maximization is the key objective of all the organizations either criminal or business but in the profit making and competition the ignored factor is environmental damage and humanity being ignored badly. Organization use and copy each other’s strategies either strategies either business or criminal so better strategies should be adopted to promote goodness and make our world a better place for healthy competition and beneficial growth in our competitive market (Aguilera 2007) References LEV, B., PETROVITS, C., & RADHAKRISHNAN, S.
