The company is run by the stockholders and consequently each stockholder has a part to play. Being a trivial company, there are five main roles i.e. the company spearhead, marketing administrator, financial administrator, operations administrator and the company overseer. Each stockholder is assigned to an autonomous role based on his area of proficiency. As an overseer of the company, my duties are to make certain that the company members function within the set guidelines and regulations pertinent to the Dynamic Enterprise Company as well as turning out to be the legal consultant of the company. The Overseer is also expected to be acquaint with the Dynamic Enterprise Legal Duties and Insurance Cover alongside dispensing and recording of stocks. I operated as the main link between the company and the external contractors (Meier, et al., 2005). During the first meeting, I guaranteed that every stockholder of the company had undoubtedly understood the roles that they had to play and what was anticipated of them in the long run. The foremost resolve of the meeting was to allocate duties to the members as well as setting practicable and hands-on deadlines to each participant (Dzimbiri, 2009). The obligation of the organization spearhead was to make available to the business with the directed bearing and oversee the wide-ranging operation of the trade. The marketing administrator was expected to reach out to afford the business with a good marketing approach that will lead to improved profits to the company. Subsequently, the financial administrator was apportioned to keep and maintain all the fiscal records of the company. The operations administrator was in charge of the procedural and maintenance of the fixed flow of goings-on of the company. Finally the administrator was expected to guarantee that all the general prearranged activities for the business are observed by all its members in an effort to accomplish the objectives of the company (Akwetey, 2011). Minutes of the agreed responsibilities and agenda were enlisted by the administrator in line with lawful requirements of the business meeting for yet to come records and mentions. Breakdown on Role Effectiveness Execution of tasks and responsibilities Agreeing with Akwetey (2011), outlines aid in pointing out what to sort out and when to do it. This was apparent during the conventions of the company as it was a point of reference in our meeting considerations as it pointed out on the significant and relevant facts that had to be addressed in a well-timed modus. The agenda was also planned in a way that all problems were brought up in the course of a single meeting and apposite time was given to all its affiliates to air out their assessments and recommendations. To surge proficiency on periodical meetings conducted, the overseer had to expertly confront all the matters in the outline and then and in case of any development of matters arising, the unrests had to be moved to the itinerary of the next meeting. This was handled in the maximum specialized method as each meeting organized had to stick to the program in order to dissipate all the significant concerns put down in the schedule. (WINDSOR, 2011). Consequently, this technique provided a reasonable chaperon for the business and discussion along with conveying harmony and effectiveness to the conventions. It also dispirited participants from speaking out of turn. In tallying to that, having a consistent meeting was effective in that it guaranteed each associate would have to report position at a definite day as we had aims for every aim (Ferreira, et al., 2009). For instance, when we had to conduct a marketing study, it was precise to the marketing administrator that proofs and detailed informations had to be all set before the subsequent meeting as we would be anticipated to discuss on the next concern of marketing approach and business proposal. (FRANZETTI, 2011). Separation of work and endowment of a time frame to associates increased the creation rate and pace of task conclusion. This gave rise to enthusiastic workmanship among associates thus giving the business a chance for primary objective comprehension (Mahadevan, 2010 & Correia, et al., 2007). Having regular meetings to evaluate on the progress of the business played an important part as areas of effort could be mutually addressed and intermittent progress could be documented which may lead to an increase in task accomplishment. Individual strengths that aided in duty enactment and specific faults that may have delayed full potential. Singh (2010) recommends that creating worker trust and pellucidity at work environment increases the duty performance and the overall output aggregate in the business. One of the strong points that helped me to achieve my duties efficiently was constructing a good rapport between all the company associates. I made sure that respectable relationship was upheld by introducing active involvement of every member in the business decision making processes. (FOLEY, 2004) Additionally, another individual strength was displayed by motivating the crew to enhance them to act in the direction of the desired objective. (Anderson, et al., 2002) On the other hand, there existed scarce flaws that had hindered my full latent. At the commencement time, management gave the impression to be a prodigious test. This occasioned to poor work strategy as there was no precise framework delineating on how obligations were supposed to be implemented. The test took charge consequently forcing me to swing focus from one type of undertaking to another so as to meet a fast-approaching cutoff date which led to incompetent work flow and small productivity. Nevertheless, on my full understanding of the limitation, I managed to train in proper time management that allowed me to consolidate my work more proficiently and I could be competent to plan my responsibilities according to their earnestness (Frerreira, et al., 2009). The modifications immediately exhibited positive results as I was able to complete my tasks preceding the deadlines and without bargaining on the work excellence. Another encounter that dragged my accomplishment was lack of cooperation. This was eminent when some team fellows were dictating on task implementation and decision making staking out the dormant associates who may be having enhanced ideas. The most significant aspect of cooperation is operational communication (Mahadevan, 2010). This shows that when operational as a team, each team fellow is supposed to submit his/her views followed by an collaborative discussion of the concerns that is custom-made to come up with a stratagem that houses most if not all of the thoughts. The acceptance of this theory not only generated cohesion and gratitude among fellows but also enhanced the overall joint effort performance. Suggestions for Improvement It is significant that I advance effective approaches for handling my time. In most junctures, it may seem that there is no adequate time to finish the required responsibilities which can lead to stress (Singh, 2010). For that reason, setting vibrant aims and/or purposes then modifying my progress towards my aims and objectives can lead to accomplishment that is only comprehended by those who know how to accomplish their time well (Meier, et al., 2012). It is also significant to know that appropriate time management should result to high quality work in proportion to quantity produced as suggested by Ferreira, et al. (2009). In addition to that, I understood that another enhancement that could lead to improved work is to center more on my trials and duties. This means that I ought to accept my difficulties and challenges, then take responsibility and work on turning the problems into my achievements, as well as having a shared vision and set of objectives which should be regularly reviewed. Another suggestion of improvement is that I should actively and openly share my knowledge and ideas with the team members not forgetting to be open to other different views and think of them as sources of capitalization and a spur to the creative problem-solving skills (McLaney, 2009). Evaluation of other group members on their parts As quantified earlier in the paper, all of my group followers were conscious of their tasks and duties which made the administrative work much laid-back. The members had no problem with submitting their work growth on time and were quite excited on their objective delivery. Even though some of the members had not adopted the clear objectives of the business, we managed to astound this by showing brief meetings every time there was any difficulty among associates as recommended by Mahadevan (2010) and we consequently achieved most of our purposes within the programmed period of time. All my team members were resolute and creative in coming up with efficient working strategies that overpowered various hurdles that they come across during their task accomplishment. In addition to that, they were devoted to accomplish the team mission through clear, interactive and productive deliberations. Assessment of team controlling and problem solving expertise The team associates were quite self-centered and from time to time only concentrated on their designated parts and accountabilities leaving other responsibilities that I well-thought-out as general jobs unattended. Nevertheless, this was not a grim problem for the reason that the matter was fixed during the first two conventions. We had to have consistent meetings in order to assess what had been accomplished and plan on the next stage (McLaney, 2009). We also had a transportation challenge as there was obstinate lag when moving the event tools. The answer to this delinquent was to seek substitute means of transportation e.g. by air or altering the shipping company used for suitability resolves (Doole & Lowe, 2008). Assessment of personal knowledge and finding The greatest thing that I developed from running our business was the significance of time management. It aided me place in order by having a list of stuffs I needed to do primarily. When I scheduled my time, I would see the quantity of work that wanted to be done. It also assisted knowing what to toil on, when and how much time I have to complete the work which made me more motivated. That attention on the work guaranteed more superb work out. Furthermore, it was a good individual learning for me and my associates as I delivered what I assured on time. Consequently, I comprehended that time is imperfect and so time administration is important and without time controlling goals would be tough to accomplish. (BOWDIN, 2001). The most significant experience was the occasion to take part in actual projects that it offered me the opportunity to experience how businesses and corporations work effectively in conjunction with understanding how to appraise both measureable and qualitative figures and how to craft a robust business strategy. It is also indispensable to mention that communal team activities are very significant if the business wants to attain its objective. There are some responsibilities that cannot be done independently, but can be effortlessly consummately by working in a crew. Therefore, they can acquire the abilities and capabilities of each other and progress their knowledge. (VAN DER WAGEN & CARLOS, 2005) This definitely can be valuable in my proficient as well as individual life. Forthcoming plans The foremost advantage of taking part in actual project management is the expert versatility it permits (Peter, et al., 2012). I can now work in the civic or private area, from the least non-profit association to the biggest institute. Having this in cognizance, I am hopefully going to progress my education and earn a master’s in project management. This will develop my expertise consequently putting me in a situation to successfully run even greater firms that surround more complex management arrangements. By doing this it is obvious that I will be competent to add value not only to the businesses but also to the economy of the nation as a whole. References Akwetey, M., L., 2011.
