Faster or afterward all society regardless of culture, language, or nationality arrives at the final stage of political and social development. This implies the entire society will be unified to co-exist with harmony, though before this they ought to undergo fierce engagement in terms of good and evil, which aligns with premises put forth by  Karl Marx and the Chinese whom they proved through applying them in their lives.

Second, the met account contends societies emerge in terms of following a linear progression to result in a singular end. Societies irrespective of culture or creed ought to progress from original structures whereby respective groups comprise the basic units towards modernized societies, hence prompting atomized people to turn into sovereign units. Consequently, all these are assumed to be cogent besides they intend to vote with the objective of coming up with concrete decisions. Due to their rationality once they vote, end up ensuring sound governance besides harmony in their full existence. Eventually, electoral democracies will be the only political system for all countries and people with a free market to make them all rich. Those who endorse democracy with the mission of spreading it all around the world are as good and evil as those who do not hold elections.

The effects of socialism in China as to the met narrative is that there was widespread poverty in the country even in the period when I was growing up. China was a struggling poor agricultural economy and businesses were doing fairly badly. The people were so poor and his family lived on food stamps and rationed portions of meat. The effects of electoral democracy often accompanied by capitalism are the dismal performance of elected governments and civil strife especially in developing countries.

China’s organizational system serves as a model for Human Resource Management and development as it is unbiased and efficient. It has divisions into state-owned enterprises, civil service, and social organizations. The government recruits college graduates into all entry positions where they start at the bottom and then get promotions through four different ranks. Once a year the department reviews their performance and interviews their peers, and subordinates, their interviews leaned along with public opinion surveys. Their conduct is what faces vetting and the winners get promotions. They proceed to high officialdom with greater responsibility where they can manage up to hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and as high a population of millions.

The implications of the Chinese political system on business growth for entrepreneurs are positive. This is because of the competitive nature of the Chinese organizational system of recruitment where most workers only advance to the second level 600,000 workers in 2012, 40,000 workers to higher officialdom, and only 300 to the Public Bureau Party which is China’s ruling party. This competitive atmosphere and high ratio of upward mobility serve as motivation for entrepreneurs.

One of the measures to change the misperceptions that Westernized countries have about the one-party system is by China demonstrating their proven accomplishment records. Under the one-party system, China has transformed from one of the poorest countries to the world’s second-largest economy. The middle class has expanded and entrepreneurs are starting up companies with ease. Mass poverty alleviation has occurred with up to 650 million people lifted out of poverty since the inception of the one-party rule. The other misconception is that there is a lack of political reform. China has instituted many reforms over the years including establishing a meritocracy and setting term limits for leaders with mandatory retirement at the age of 68-70. The reforms politically have entirely changed how China’s governance from 20 or even 10 years ago to the present.
