Leadership qualities and concepts are very essential to any one person, in particular for those who are in one way or another in a position to control a given group of people. The media plays a great role in the provision of such qualities and concepts. This includes the motivation of great people who have excelled in this virtue. The media also acts as an informer, this is where the mistakes and blunders of the people are openly exposed. This will help those affected to realize their mistake hence to make the appropriate corrections. Based on this the media will always be acting as a mirror for the community which constantly shapes and models all. This report tries to put across some of these concepts that media has impacted people. Social responsibility is vital for companies as this make them survive as it interacts with the community. 4.0. Conclusion
The media concepts on leadership are of great significance. The media has in one way or the other tried to show the essence of good leadership for instance it has constantly compared the ethical and social acceptance to the community. Through this, the relevant party may change the system of the in which their social interaction and other factors that can lead to. In connection with this, the media is against the idea of the domination of the male gender in the workforce. It tries to show that the female gender can also do great work if they are in a position of leadership.
