Electric Field Simulation

Through COMSOL Multiphysics we discovered the results after simulating an electric field by using 2D and 3D of the electrostatic module. These modules provided many kinds of movement in the electric field for the three electrodes, which were energised with +1V, 0V, and -1V electrical voltages. Also, the strong and weak points are posted between the three electrodes and show the electric potential of the field. Finally, this paper will show the form of the distribution of electric potential and electric field between the three electrodes for the above mentioned conditions. Introduction: After Michael Faraday discovered the electric field, he developed electricity into something practical that could be used in many technologies, especially microsystem devices. According to James Clear Maxwell, “the portion of space in the neighborhood of electrified bodies” is called an electric field [1]. At present, there are several applications used that are related to microtechnology and are beneficial to our lives. A good application in medicine is biology cells within medical laboratories. In this way, application is applied to the electric field to move cells and separate or analyze cells via impact electric forces. The movement, separation, and analyzing is done through a technique known as AC electrokinetics. ...

the use of the x ray machine in the medical field. And how it was invented and how far it has come (technology wise) and also it
The discovery was actually accidental. The scientist found that invisible rays were emitted from a cathode ray tube and that these could penetrate wood and also paper. These rays were able to create a glow on a screen that was several years yards away. The glow was fluorescent. The screen that was observed was barium platinocyanide screen (Assmus, 10). The tube generating X-rays, the cathode rays was Crookes tube (Assmus, 10). The scientist made use of these properties to study the structure of bone of human hand. Several years after discovery of these rays, actual X-ray machines were...

Reducing the lifecycle cost of oil and gas facility by use of simulation
During operations, oil and gas industries incur lifecycle costs that affects their production capacity and cost of production. Lifecycle costs include recurring and other nonrecurring costs incurred by a company during a certain operational period. Oil and gas companies incur lifecycle cost through installation of new facilities, maintenance, and upgrading of the existing facilities. Facilities in the companies have definite life span and therefore the companies experience an additional when closing them down With these costs to consider, the companies are concerned with the possible...

Simulation Modeling In Oil And Gas Industries.
Additionally, there are many variables of operations and decision-making processes to ensure that costs are minimized, available resources are optimized, and maximum efficiency is achieved. Certainly, any course of action may be successful or disastrous to the company. Therefore, simulation becomes a very important tool of assessing viability of a given action before the same is put into practice (Saker solutions, 2007). Simulation modeling is the process of creating computer models that represent the actual production and important logistics processes in the oil industry. The process not only...

Innovation is the HVAC field - Thermoelectric cooling components
The technology has since been used to cool temperatures of devices by creating heat sinks for different electronic materials. The most recent applications of this type of technology are the “wristify” cooling system invented by four MIT students. The “wristify” is used for maintaining the body temperature at a personal level. This they managed through the use of two different conductors and a very small battery. In order for the cooling to take place, the then a DC current is applied so as to initiate the movement of electrons. The efficiency in thermo-electric cooling, depends on...
