There are different types of drones but they can be grouped into two basic groups as the international civil aviation organization (ICAO) classifies them (OBrien, n.d.). These classifications are autonomous aircrafts and the remotely controlled aircrafts. The autonomous aircrafts are considered unsuitable for regulation at the moment, due to legal and liability issues involved.
