Leadership refers to guiding and motivating a group of people towards taking the right path. It is related to providing manual motivation to provide genuine support. Technical leadership development refers to an activity that enhances the quality of leadership execution in a given environment. The activities can go by action learning executed in universities to executive retreats undertaken in the organization. Leadership development focuses on developing attitudes and abilities that individuals use to take leadership into another level. A good leader to be followed has to possess profound human traits even that are above conventional concept of authority. The qualities of a good leader require skills and knowledge applied in a reliable manner. Leadership is a profound concept, which has more increased complex implications; these are driven by the fast changing world. The leadership role is inevitable reflection of a person’s requires analysis of life’s challenges. In business he have faced numerous challenges one of them being government regulations which include vehicle registration, renewal fees which are sometimes restrictive to new car owners, this may be prohibitive to our business growth. Place licenses are not easy to come by since there are many requirements to be fulfilled before acquiring them. Car inspections have to be done regularly and these may be a problem since it requires a lot of money to achieve it (Ellis 56). Discussion 1b Science and Technology Even, though, technology is on the rise, it gives them extra work of developing software’s in languages understood by people from certain languages. If not attained, then it is only normal that people will not be able to communicate hence reducing global contact. Science differences range from organization culture to culture of a given community. The given organization is likely to have cultures that do not support the use of internet for communication purposes. Many employees spend many hours in social networking sites that just make them unproductive in terms of their work. On the other side some cultures in communities do not embrace technology use and still embrace the modes of communication that were used in the olden days. It is through such problems that social media does not go to lengths that it would probably reach. The level of education of the user of these technologies off communication also matters in that various gadgets may be produce to ease communication, but not all the people will understand the technology. The individual linguistic activity comes in as, they use difficult terms that may not be conversant with people from older generations are likely to slow down communication process. Misinterpretation may also come in; most people are like to try to interpret the wrong thing to the new trends, people do not like to look outdated. The fact that technology is dynamic everyone will not be able to grasp the new technologies (Ellis 72). Discussion 2a Ethics Business ethics has been defines many researchers differently one being the ability of a business to run without breaking the given laws. This definition shows the link between ethics and legal aspects and how they come in handy. Others have described it as the ability to avoid habits that may tarnish the image of the company to its consumers. On looking at this, it is important for any person planning to venture into a foreign country especially those that are undeveloped to have in mind that the definitions above can act as an important point to note because this could easily result into big losses of money in terms of lawsuits or customer withdrawal. So as the new investor plans to venture into the new country it is important that he trains his employees so that when they go to the new market they are able to work with the new rules that govern business there. The link between business ethics and law is that the laws that have been put in place to govern that control most immoral business happenings. One of the biggest concerns that should also come to the mind of the new investor is to ensure that the country might have cultural or religious factors that need consideration before starting the run of things. Business rules need to be looked at before going international. Many are the laws that come with doing business overseas but, the most important ones that need to be put in place are constitutional laws and administrative laws (Ellis 110). Discussion 2b Market Research The use of technology comes with importance while maintaining competitiveness in an organization. The company will sit down and analyze based on various research on how the online ordering system will be helpful to the company. This will be accomplished through surveys that will be laid down to ensure that the given analysis is correct to the latter. While this is done the report formulation team will ensure that data found is analyzed in form of graphs. Once the company is strongly encouraged to implement through the given findings, it will ensure that the process of problem solving takes place fluently without any delays. Once the problem has been defined, for problem solving to commence proper investigation has to be made to ensure that the conducted market research is well investigated and that once the analysis has been made, it ensure that as the systems is implemented it is fully investigated. Analysis of any system should also be incorporated to involve all the down fall that it may come with. Not all systems usually end up as planned but that is where the importance of investigation (Ellis 86). Discussion 3a Global Deployment Regulation and technology go hand in hand. The five forces include supplier power, news entrants, and threats of substitutes, buyer power, and degree of rivalry. The five forces affect an organization in different aspects, supplier power may limit a business through supplier concentration, switching of the suppliers costs or the supplier volume increase. New entrants attract loyal customers due to their taste preferences and low pricing strategies. A threat of substitutes is a force that pushes the organization in terms of the switching cost, price-performance, and the inclination to the substance. Buyer power is a force interlinked to the ability of a customer to purchase a given product. The bargaining leverage, buyer information, and product differentiation are some of the aspects that organizations consider in the dealing with the force. The degree of rivalry is also a force applicable under this framework. The switching costs, exit barriers, industrial growth, and brand identity are some of the activities scrutinized under this force (Ellis 56). The activities are grouped by the activities they perform. Primary and support activities aid the company in making the organization work. The departments that run under primary services include marketing, operations and logistics. Secondary activities include procurement, human resource management, technology development, and infrastructure. Discussion 4a Invention and Innovation The current situation is that orders as clogged and customers have to come physically to the company to make orders or rely on their representatives that may take time to reach. The desired situation is having a proper systems that takes care of orders timely and gives the customers the comfort ability of doing this in the location that they are currently are. Resisting forces include employees and the finances that are needed to implement the system. The company however enjoys driving forces such as technology benefit and the fact that competing companies use the systems. Actions to reduce may include having lesser people working manually and start giving them the taste of instead using digital forms. Action to increase will include convincing the employees on how the system will benefit everyone even if it means that some may end up not having much to do. Solving the problem will include having steps to ensure that the above is done and resources such as financial assistance are gotten from investors (Ellis 117). Discussion 4b Lifecycle The process of evaluation comes with understanding the various aspects of cloud computing. The emerging effect displayed by the cloud computing environment creates an interesting merge of information. Data warehousing performs the same effect of what is does to the web server. It will raise the bar; second, it will push the pendulum back to the section of data marts. The third impact is that it will deflate the inevitable process of press generation. An interaction of cloud computing and data warehousing will raise the bar on cloud computing. Data aggregation capabilities in cloud computing are elevated. Cloud computing is an exact opposite of data acquisition.
