They both contributed to my skill and knowledge differently. The first assignment was that of make a personal digital profile called iProject. This project has benefited me with basic but great values towards advancing my career. I joined the university with very little knowledge about the website. The iProject is one that dissected the web technology for me from simple technological terms to their implementation and application. I learnt how to build a website from scratch, selecting the correct tools for the website, registering a domain and creating the website content. Marketing the website with social media and blogs were added feature that the e-commerce module served me with and would have hardly known the value of social medial in web technology. I learnt how to plan an online business and beginning the task of building one is easy. Structuring the flow of work is an aspect I won’t forget as it played a key role to make the whole project a success. It also became clear to that though it is easier to start an online business you most likely not to make a profit or the business can be duplicated by another person.
