The program is meant to bring together children and older adults to interact and learn about their life experiences and cultures. The program seeks to bridge the cultural and experiential gaps that have developed between young people and adults which is evident in politics and the media. Live and Learn is a three-week program to be held over Summer. Old people and young people are paired together, as well as persons from different cultures and backgrounds. This is to enhance dialog, understanding and camaraderie. This chapter will undertake the following: 1. Application of MCE to enhance the interactions between the participants in the program. 2. An analysis of the program within which MCE will be applied and 3. A reflective report on the use of the MCE framework. Live and Learn Program Culture is the way a group of people live and it represents a set of relatively stable patterns that describes a group of people's ideas and thoughts (Shaw, 2012).
