Pursuing the teaching career is not only challenging rather it involves substantial efforts in order to become successful and influential enough to guide the young ones. Research indicates that Education plays the most crucial role in the development of a profound kindergarten teacher (Weintraub, 2000, p.7). This is primarily because of the fact that children do not have the basic understanding of the world around them and therefore if they are exposed to the wrong information and ideas about life then it can actually destroy their entire personality. Moreover, children have a very distinguished psychology which must be understood by the teacher so as to provide them with the best possible lessons. For instance, children love to play with toys which acts as a great opportunity for teachers to taught them lessons with the help of different colorful things.
Children fundamentally enjoy different forms of art work even if it is only limited to coloring objects. Hence teachers should also be good at art or at least they must have the minimum understanding of the different artistic features.
