They facilitate the development of those staff and encourage activities that may be different depending on where the school is located. It is their responsibility to develop individuals to the highest potential. It is their mandate to ensure that they give their best and fulfill what is expected of them to realize the success of the school and that everything is running smoothly. I acknowledge that the teachers’ role in this curriculum is to teach according to the curriculum and closely monitor students’ progress, though the academic curriculum trains minds and teach students how to research.

I know that its emphasis on this is to develop critical thinking based on rationalization, subject matter the forms and structure of knowledge, what matters is to emphasize on integrated study rather than isolate them. The mode of teaching in this curriculum should be direct rather than group involvement. I agree that competence of teachers is essential to ensure the progress and gradual growth of students. Vision and mission statements generally display the goals of the school and also motivate the parents to join their children in the school for quality training.

I know that it serves as guidance to the people involved in the growth of school. It is essential to implement frameworks that would build the school in terms of brand reputation, trust, commitment, dedicated resources and personalization. The vision and mission statements should further remain as belief statements thereby gaining the interests of the public. I agree that teacher empowerment is of great value to schools. Institutional view places the teacher in a sub serving role and reinforces compliance and followership.

I find the value of the teacher is secondary to the administrator. It is here that the teacher realizes the mandate bestowed upon them. I believe that the teacher become the best they can be through empowerment as this view creates joy in teaching. In determining the level of need of teacher we consider teachers age, years of teaching experience and readiness or maturity level. This aims
