There are a lot of reasons why one individual would want further education. Some opt to further their knowledge for personal reasons, others for professional growth, and still for others, in order to gain a focus or direction in their life in general.
My main reason for trying to gain further education is to improve my professional career…
In studying, there is continuity of gained knowledge within the confines of class lectures, and outside it. As a result, I become a better rounded person who deals easier with the challenges of work and social demands. As I work and socialize better, fruitful interaction are expected, and in return, could help me shape up internally.
Healthy communication gained from work and social environments results in a better-balanced psyche and body. If I could perform my job well and look forward to a better and more fulfilling job, then, it would translate into a good night sleep, inspired daily living, and smooth interaction with my colleagues at school.
Bandura (1994) presented a very interesting phrase of "self efficacy" as an individual's "beliefs about their capabilities to produce designated levels of performance that exercise influence over events that affect their lives. Self-efficacy beliefs determine how people feel, think, motivate themselves and behave. Such beliefs produce these diverse effects through four major processes. They include cognitive, motivational, affective and selection processes."

4). Conventionally, philosophy is the term used for a individual’s or a group’s general ideology, concepts and behaviors. Thus, philosophy of education means the general perceptions, ideology and attitudes towards the education. For a teacher, the educational philosophy should contain the ability to understand how to teach and the knowledge of the curriculum.
As education matters a lot, the education institute is as important as education. A better institute make the life of single individual and that’s what my reason quitting from my ex-institute and transferring my further education in New York University.
