The English society is actively involved in the improvement of training facilities for their young population, and teachers training and staffing are major concerns being resolved by the English administration to ensure that mental and physical capacity of children are in momentum at very beginning of their academic career. The extra circular activities have been promoted within schools, and funds have been allocated for the development of infrastructure within academic units in English and Chinese society. The prominent difference in the educational policies of Chinese and English society is the exposure to series of social and international challenges of these countries, followed by their past achievements. English society has been actively engaged in the impartment of early childhood education program from the time when China did not exist. China is primarily focusing upon development of units; however English administration is concern about qualitative aspect, and is planning to launch more such units to benefit the people of each locality within England.
