In addition, physical resources are inclusive since it deals with how much space is available to accommodate a particular number of students and lastly, human resource, that deals with the strength and talent of the school’s employees. Obviously, for a school to run well it needs students as well as potential employees.
Following the above, my project expounds on the educational resources that are in Illinois University. However, major departments are; counseling, diversity, harassment, legal, heath, youth and lastly religion or spiritual. Apparently, academic resources primarily assist the students to acquire knowledge in certain courses. For instance, library gender studies will be in charge of offering crucial information to students through libraries, in relation to the field of gender studies. Here below, are analyses of some of the resources that are crucial to running of the school.
In real essence, this program essentially offers a supportive and welcoming campus environment to not only the students but also the staff, faculty, by setting a visible allies’ network. Furthermore, there is counseling or therapy resources, which will provide counseling services to the students in the basis of personal concern, and will cater for the diverse population of the student. Ultimately, under the umbrella of counseling, there will be other different departments. Some of the departments will inject psychological services and assistant programs on employee.
By laws and the constitution, theses are resource that does prohibit discrimination because of the sexual orientation. Here in, this department will deal with discrimination and harassment problems.
