Currently, simulation activities are used in the nursing department to help students understand what they need to do in various nursing situations. The college provides students with preparation for real patient interactions through their patient simulators which are designed to provide the “knowledge, skill, and training required to enter, or continue growing, in the nursing practice” (Ma, 2012, par. 3). Simulation has become a very important aspect of training nurses and helping them understand the needs of their patients. Also, simulation can provide a opportunities for students to gain understanding, through simulation, by allowing them to experience and function in an environment, which is appropriate to the real situation. It assists students to understand problems that may arise during their careers and to respond in a safe and effective manner to meet these challenges
Research has been done on the use of simulation in a wide variety of fields. In nursing Cant and Cooper (2010, p. 3) note that it is popular on training programs but that “its effectiveness is unknown.” A question remains, therefore, regarding how well this information gathered through a simulation exercise translates to the real life situation. The focus of this research will be to understand the lived experience of faculty members who are using simulation in the classroom. It will use a phenomenological design and face-to-face interviews will be conducted with 15 nurse educators.
Beuchesne and Douglas (2011) state that simulation in nursing has happened over time as a way to help teach students work more effectively with patients and to improve quality care. Simulation has also been used to provide a safe way for new nursing students to gain an understanding of how to practice as a nurse, and it helps them to reduce the number of errors that occur with patients (Beuchesne & Douglas, 2011). Errors offer a significant opportunity for learning, particularly when they ...

The impact of this decision was that these four individuals entered the awareness stage of the project. An additional consideration was that grouping them in private interviews would limit the amount they could influence each other, effectively gaining less biased and more direct perspectives.
In nursing these functions are achieved through a combined application aspects of role playing, use of low and high technology equipment, and application of real field work activities. The literature available concerning simulation in nursing is mostly inclined towards simulation done for the purpose of education.
The author has discovered gaps in the knowledge and skills of the nurses in administering injections to mental health nurses. These gaps refer to skills and knowledge in the actual administration of injections, the establishment of rapport with mental health patients, the management of aggressive patients, and the application of sterile techniques.
The vision to automate is the perception that IT is a means of replacing expensive, unreliable human labor with information technology. In organizations characterized by the vision to automate, the role of IT is to provide operational savings and improve quality by performing structured, routine, operational tasks reliably and efficiently.
Along with the use of different teaching methods is the need to construct different evaluation methods. These evaluation methods are also many and the use of one for all teaching experiences is not effective. Each learning experience may need a different rubric.
The magnificence of simulation technology is that organizations can test different 'untidy heaps' of aspects prior to making any final judgment and comprehend the impact of different aspects such as time.
The reason why simulation technology is being seen as an effective management tools because simulation lets front position employees, discipline practiced and decision-makers to have grand ideas, and with right form of technology to explore how their plans would operate actually prior to making final judgments.
Further assessment on ways of introducing literature stuff and making students learn will also be applied.
The study will also outline the importance of literature in school life and how students can deal with situations can also be done through effective literature content.
According to the report nursing has been for long respected by each and every human being. The profession gets so much respect that it deserves utmost care by the nurses to maintain the respect and regard that the profession has received for so many years. Nurse educators have tough task on hand to provide nurses for the development of nation’s health care industry.
Simulation is the use of an act in a bid to explain the aspects of another different act by means of representation emulation and imitation. In nursing and other health care professions simulation can be used to perform four major functions which include training/education, assessing to trainees.
