I had believed in the assumption that school was my only responsibility and I had to make sacrifices to excel. I also had the responsibility of making my parents happy. From this belief, I was able to fully take on my responsibility and I excelled in my endeavors.
Since my mandated responsibility at a young age, I feel appreciated if supervisors have extremely high expectations of me (Spigelman 44).
