This essay stresses that Kariuki, Chepchieng, Mbugua and Ngumi (2007) in their study highlight the effectiveness of early childhood education program for the development of social-emotional competencies. The research design focuses on the ex-post facto to understand the interdependency of early childhood education program on the social emotional competency. The samples were obtained to fairly and equally represent schools and respondents of three district. The survey questionnaires of the study focus on the documentation analysis and group discussion of the data collection. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistical tools were used to analyze the data, as it provides a summary, analytical and empirical analysis about the particular sample. This paper makes a conclusion that the persistent attendance of the children of the lower income, middle class families can be effective for the children. No relationship between the social development and the center attendance has been observed through the study. Therefore, the study suggests that the selection factors play the major role for the mothers to enroll their children in the center. The findings of the study also highlights that the center exposure at the age of 7+ can be a source of higher cognitive proficiency. ...

It is a well-constructed concept. However, it fails to highlight and mention other factors that can affect the performance and professional attitude of teachers. Knowledge based on the workshops might help them cope in a classroom environment; but what determines the level of professionalism of teachers when they enter school premises?
According to the paper the educational strategies in different fields demand different methods so that they are effective. There are vast research works in many educational fields, the research in the field of dental education has been limited in number. Dental education is with respect to two contexts namely classroom teaching and clinical teaching.
Teaching begins at an early age of the child development, the teaching school being classified as early childhood development, the children are first enrolled in baby class, then to pre unit and lastly to the nursery school. The next level of their education is the primary school.
In addition, this school system of comprehensive education practices has not been able to dissolve the link between poverty and educational progress. Those students who are in most need, those who are from the lowest income levels, are progressing through grade level after grade level and still not progressing in their educational and academic progress.
