The practice of confirmative evaluation process goes beyond formative and summative process to accommodate judgmental merit of value and long-term training program. Having incorporated both Meta-evaluation and instructional system design process, it supports continuous process throughout the whole organization. In such a case, the deliverables of summative directly translates to inputs of the confirmative phase (Conway & Moseley, 2004).
The training staffs have resolved to mold the students into responsible members of the society. The organization is meant to train all the members concerning the issues of cost-benefits analysis and financial benefits. All the students are expected to undergo through training of judgmental rules as part of the initial stages required instilling discipline among all members of the society. Training is a surety of the organizational commitment to transform attitudes of all the members towards discipline within the society (Conway & Moseley, 2004). Besides, training is meant to be carried three times a year, once after every three months through rotational process that enable the students to gain competent skills in various areas of study. Training encompasses management skills, group quotient and relations that enhance equal participation aimed at improving discipline within the institution and anywhere else within the society.
Members of the evaluation process include male students sampled from a government college who do not actively participate in government enterprise or venture. However, all the members must not have post-graduate level of education because such levels are considered to have attained sufficient managerial skills.
