College and university students will form the base of this research since it is a case study to identify issues in faculty training for online courses. The sampling method that is suitable for this kind of research is the…
Stratified sampling is suitable in this research since it has less error margins(Bogdan, &Biklen, 2007). After selection using the stratified sampling meaning people with similar interests, an adequate number is again chosen from the original sample. The number has to be adequate to ensure that the group involved has taken a sample of every significant personfor the interview. For example the number should consist of both teachers and students and not only teacher or students or an uneven number. We could use the sample size calculator to determine the sample size but in this instance we shall chose the estimation means(Ryan & Wiley Online Library, 2013). In this case we shall estimate the students and teachers below fifty years of age. The formula will be p=X/n where X is the number of teachers and students under fifty years(Ardilly&Tillé, 2006). The rationale behind this sample size is that people above fifty years are not keen or active to use online facilities frequently.
In this stage, a clear and brief description of measurements needed is stated. For example in this case the sample size to be used. Secondly, selection of researchers is done. These researchers are then thoroughly trained. Thirdly, the research must be underway with trained researchers reporting and taking down data. Finally, the data must be recorded clearly so that it can be used for the purpose of the research.
Here the data is sorted, separated and entered into a computer. Any audio visual material used can be transcribed at this stage. Observation of data and deducing the meaning is then performed on the sorted data. Finally, the use of qualitative and quantitative data sorting is done on the data(Seidman, 2013).
Statistical analysis is only performed on quantitative data as it can be counted while qualitative cannot be counted(Seidman, 2013). Statistical analysis can be done through normal counting, observations of ...

The objectives of this study are to conduct a literature review of Blackboard and its position in virtual learning environments; to conduct a survey among students at UNSW in order to measure the overall effectiveness of current Blackboard’s features; to determine the best and worst features of Blackboard; to make recommendations on improvements that can be made to enhance the effectiveness of Blackboard as an online education tool.
The study covers several broad areas of inquiry related to faculty development in higher education, specifically in 2-year settings, and its value for educators and students. The goal of the review is to share practical information that is useful for educators and anyone concerned about the betterment of faculty members in two-year colleges.
In this context, nursing education has adopted online/e-learning as part of its learning arenas. Recognizing the importance of this change, the study will tackle the issue of students’ satisfaction in online learning. The primary questions of this study are what are the student’s perspectives regarding the actual use of online courses?
The Breadth component focuses on cognitive development as it relates to training soldiers to perform under the stress of combat. The main issue addressed is the motivation for change from the training development perspective. Essentially, an analysis of the relevance of video games and simulators as training aids will be conducted.
The emergence of live-streaming through the internet made TEFL class easier, especially for busy individuals. It suits their schedule and it basically offers the same curriculum as with the onsite instruction. However, certain aspects of face to face interaction are lost during the course of the lessons.
What Effects Does Age Have On Graduation Rates From Online Based College?
After doing the analysis of the topic, three key observations were deduced fron the available data which include the number of questions asked from the older students about the content of courses, encouraging factor for opting the required course, positive feedback from instructor and connection between the ages.
Virtual Learning Environment or VLE have multiplied today to include Computer Assisted Instruction, Computer Based Training, Computer Managed Instruction, Integrated Learning System, Learning Management System, Technology Based Learning, Technology Enhanced Learning, Web Based Training, and On Demand Training.
is an urgent need to design a website that deals with the tutorials in order to sensitize and exposed learners on how to design, establish and implement technology and internet-based instructional resource to fuel the system.

The training of teachers for online programs is a process rather than an event. What this means is that training is continuous and comprises of series of different activities put together to achieve a common goal (Haijun, 2012). To know identify if teachers are effective, they are expected to meet all or majority of these principles.
