Transformation of Professional Life The University will nurture me to a resourceful citizen and present vast opportunities and choices for academics. I trust the school because it presents to learners opportunities that are effective to develop me into a competent mechanical engineer and a leader in my profession. Living in the modern globalized and competitive world, one needs skillful managerial aspects in all areas of life. Such a factor drives people to compete in gaining enrollment in the best faculties in order prepare for the global market.

The development of mechanical equipment is on high demand in the globalized world because it is essential for the invention, management, and administration. Therefore, mechanical engineering is the major of my choice. The university has medium-sized classes, which means I will have a fantastic chance of interacting with my tutors and professors. Learning at the school of Engineering at the University of San Diego will develop community values in me and transform my critical thinking skills. The numerous charity programs offered at the school will help me learn to provide service for the society and prepare me as a future leader.

Learning the professional code of ethics and the models of leadership will help shape my career. I dream of being a team leader in my professional life and guide my colleagues to invent the best technologies. For me, mechanical engineering is a fabulous faculty to join, and there is always an assurance of a job in the future. Every factory certainly needs an engineer to maintain or invent something in order to reduce the cost of production and increase the output. Mechanical engineering will prepare me take over from my father and make his food and beverages business more successful.

A majority of students at the University attend at least an internship session that is fundamental to enhancing practical skills. Attending an internship will provide me the best opportunity to practice my research skills, which form an essential part of engineering. Last summer, I did an internship in my father’s company. Specifically, I worked in the machinery section where I learned about the production. I gained knowledge of converting raw materials into final products. I also studied how the machines operate how to repair them when they break down.

I took part in the repairing and diagnosis of the problems mechanical problems. In addition, I gained knowledge about the management of the machines. The internship experience also gave me a clue about how to manage raw materials in order to avoid wastage and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Therefore, these experiences are critical values for my future job. During my high school, I was also involved in the robotic organization. I certainly learned valuable things from this organization.

I became a leader of a group where we participated in inventing alternative fuel for use in a car. It is of specific interest to note that USD avails the opportunities both on campus and off campus, independently and as a group. Therefore, USD will transform my professional experiences into a real life situation through the practical approaches to mechanical engineering. UDS is where I will realize my dreams. The college is outstanding because it offers students a chance to learn and develop community values that provide a background for effective learning.

The college provides its students with real-time learning experiences through multiple practical sessions for all students. Apart from academics, the school’s model of leadership encourages interactions among students and staff through mentorship. I have a feeling such a place will diversify my communication and personal relations in a manner that nurtures academic success. The diligent efforts of the tutors and other personnel to add value to the students make me feel that USD is the best.

The University of San Diego, over a long time, has produced model competent graduates. I want to be a part of the university legacy and considered as one of the most influential in helping develop the society. I want to share in the pride of the university’s alumni community and promote its long-established legacy in producing excellent professionals. In my viewpoint, USD is a platform to greatness, which ensures that each passing generation of Americans has skills to cope with life challenges.

It presents to me the best institution of higher education to study engineering.
