Girden Roberts have been a major contribution to the field of research. He has earned different awards in the field. The author received a bachelor degree in in psychology at the University of Connecticut in 1978 and proceeded to attain another degree in clinical psychology from the University of Missouri-St Louis in 1985. Robert then made a move to Portland to take a research and he acted as a vice president with the management research group. For the past decade he has been actively engaged in research and consultation with academic, governmental, and business organizations in North America, Western Europe, Africa, and the Pacific Rim.
