The Study of Society and the Environment will not only give the students an interactive scope and experience but will also equip them with a sense of citizenship. The SOSE makes individuals capable of coping with the day to day challenges by providing them with decision making powers and broad exposures. This paper depicts critical reflection and analysis on the feedback of assignment no. 3 which was intended to explain the learning plans and intent of the SOSE. Critical Reflection Introduction Reflection is considered the process of extensively and internally evaluating a specific incident or issue, one which prompts a deeper clarification based on varying and conceptual considerations (Jasper, 2003). Evaluations based on personal insights have also been established by Mann and colleagues (2009).
It is used in the production, processing and even preparation of food. Food, on the other hand, is used for provision of energy and is vital to human growth and development. For human survival, both food and water are of valuable importance. Utilization of water therefore needs to be regulated to preserve it for future use and also for the purposes of food production.
This theme also propagates the relationship of human beings with the natural environments and how they have contributed to it. The second theme discusses the belief system prevalent in the human race regarding natural environment. There are speculations about the emergence of natural settings in the world and human race posses’ diverse values, attitudes and beliefs about it.
