Nuclear Power
Nuclear power is generated by a chain reaction of atom, which is the minute particle that cannot be further divided. They are the “building blocks” of every single thing that exists from a human to a chair. Atoms are made up of electrons which have negative charge, circling nuclei consisting of protons and neutrons. Protons are positively charged while the neutrons are neutral that is they are not charged. There are some elements whose atoms are unstable atoms. Such unstable atom’s nucleus tends to break and form a stable atom. In doing so, they emit enormous energy which eventually…

Aerodynamic Drag Reduction in Modern Consumer Automobiles
Within the course of their experiments, they uncovered many different types of aerodynamic drag on vehicles. In addressing these disparities, they came up with various modern designs to also help to reduce drag. Moreover, it can be seen that dissimilarities existed in the differences between racing car design and road car design, which had led them to explore the reasons why road vehicles did not look like racing cars. This paper will investigate other factors, such as European legislation, that influences the appearance of road vehicles. In addition, it will discuss how and why the appearance…

Ultimate axial bearing capacity of jacked pile in layered sand with using Driven Program 1.0
The experiments are performed on three different water tables from dry level, cross-surface level and to the bottom of the 15m depth. Four different depths of steel and concrete piles are used for the experiment which is performed with the help of computing software Driven 1.2 providing all supposed calculation. Different depths of the surface are varying from medium sand to coarse sand with fine gravel. 8 tests were conducted for each of four piles making a series of tests manifesting the behaviors and measures of ultimate axial bearing capacity over the standards. A comparison of results…

Airflow in Ducts Research Paper
Experiment 2 There is a slight fall in pressure in the approach section and the static pressure is at a minimum about one pipe diameter before the orifice plate. The pressure of the fluid then rises near the face of the orifice. There is then a sudden fall of pressure as the fluid passes through the orifice, but the minimum pressure is not attained until the vena contracta is reached. Beyond the vena contracta, there is a rapid recovery in the static pressure. Owing to friction and dissipation of energy in turbulence, the maximum downstream pressure is always lesser than the upstream pressure.…
