Even if someone’s peers are not encouraging someone to make a bad choice, it may be that the person feels like their friends do.

To help combat the influence of peer pressure, it is always important to have the right group of friends around you. Ideally, a close group of friends should be made up of people who are trustworthy and responsible. These types of people very rarely point someone else in the wrong direction, so they are the most valuable friends that someone could have. High teenage rates can be avoided if the correct amount of planning is put into preventing as many cases occurring as possible.
