My native land is Saudi Arabia, a country rich in natural resources, particularly oil deposits, but also in people resources who possess talents as well as skills, and dream to be active contributors to the Kingdom’s future growth. Having graduated with a degree of Bachelor…
The educational system was therefore focused on encouraging equal opportunities for both male and female students in all educational levels; thereby, eliminating any gender inequalities and disparities in access to learning and knowledge. Likewise, it is offered to all students in all academic levels for free.
The political arena supports the need to re-evaluate traditional instructional approaches, not so much in changing the curricula, but more so, in the need to incorporate applications in subjects and modules that are affected by technological, communication, and global changes. The social environment is fairly consistent in observing traditional values, especially conformity to dress codes specifically for females (wearing of head covering known as the hijab; donning complete black attire, called the abaya; and the face being fully covered by a veil, known as the niqab). However, due to the acknowledged need to adapt and adjust to the external global environment, the government recognized the need for the educational system to evaluate, as well as continuously review the potential for changing the curricula to incorporate new skills and knowledge required by the students in leading a successful life in the near future.
The strong influence of religion and conformity to religious practices form an integral part of the educational system through all academic levels. Likewise, focusing on economic growth and development assisted in identifying areas of concern in planning for future educational programs that would develop social, cultural, technological, educational, managerial, and entrepreneurial skills.

The theoretical framework that provided the impetus for Cecil L. Nelson to write the book was premised on the evolution of concepts pertaining to the world Englishes paradigm. The pioneering works written by Kachru and Smith and Bolton have explicitly qualified pluralizing English, to wit: “”Englishes” symbolizes the functional and formal variation in the language, and its international acculturation.. and in the traditional English-using countries…

Despite recognizing that a form of English was evidently being used, the cultural background, orientation, demographic profile, and context within which messages were sent are received and perceived differently.
This notion of language is not accepted widely. However, most people agree to the notion that language is dynamic like a society as well as the fact that when a language stops changing or evolving with time, it is dead (Baugh and Cable, 1951, p. 2). English language has been spoken for more than 1500 years.

Jenkins et al. 2011 provides a brief explanation of globalization phenomenon: Globalization is the process by which the world has become/is becoming more interconnected, where relations across local, regional and global contexts become more enmeshed, where flows of language, culture and people are intensified and accelerated.
The book “Coming into Language: Essay from Working in the Dark: Reflections of a Poet of the Barrio”, by Jimmy Santiago Baca is an elaborate example of how personal experiences can become the recipe of a renown narrative text, even without having access to desired resources.
He casts a ray of doubt when he uses the phrase. Lightly this would be mistaken to depict his lack of understanding or clear interpretation of the world as he views it. However, deeper meanings could arise and help clear any doubts whatsoever. This line creates suspense on what exactly would unfold through the rest of the poem.
It has been evidenced by researchers that these barriers do not help the students obtain higher academic performance levels. Harris and Goodall stated that parents influence the young people by supporting their learning at home instead of supporting activities at home. Smedley stated that teachers and parents working in partnership are better than working in isolation.
