The main reasons for choosing the ad is that it links to a leading company in multi-line insurance provision. The company has a global network of offices and subsidiaries in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Asia. Getting a job with this company would provide me with a broad mind within an international scope due to the international experience the company provides in general insurance as well as life insurance services and products for small businesses, mid-sized firms, large companies, and individuals.

What appeals me most about this job position of Claims Team Manager is that I will be able to exercise my field of interest as a team leader and achieve the organization’s goals with the help of a focused team. The job will make me work globally while working for the second most admired company in the Industry. I will be able to grow in the US and internationally (Monster.com).  Zurich Company was founded in 1872 in Switzerland, and it has grown to employ over 60,000 workers. It serves customers in over 170 countries.

It is today a leading multi-line insurance company covering Europe, North and Latin America, and Asia (Zurichna.com). I have a strong set of personal and professional values that inspire trust to persons I have served before. I take challenges as learning opportunities to do better and always endeavor to accomplish what I set to do. I can freely interact with people of different diversity and ranks. I have over six years of experience in liability technical claims. I initially worked with Alleghany Corporation, after completing my high school education, throughout and after my university education, where I developed much of my current skills in leadership and customer relations.
