Article review The administration of the President of the USA Barack Obama prepared two legal documents directed at the expansion of federal check of the permissions for acquiring weapons. The main goal of this initiation is the restriction of the access of mentally ill people to weapons.Two new rules offered by White House will clarify who should be included in the National Instant Criminal Background that is the federal database of the US citizens who are not allowed to buy weapons. The law forbids people who were recognized mentally ill or visit psychiatrists too often to possess any kind of weapon.

According to the new rules, individuals, who are treated in ambulance, will be included in the list of those, who are banned to acquire weapons and keep it at home. Moreover, the amendments will not allow sick people to use the item in law. which allowed to buy weapons. Barack Obama promised to implement full control over the weapons trade in the country. The president of the USA declared that it is important to implement thorough check of weapons acquiring and to ban selling assault rifles as we as to limit the maximum capacity of shops (Obama proposes gun control measures for mentally ill.).The US government is quite right attempting to impose such restrictions.

However, the attempts to toughen the control over the weapons turnover met the active opposition from the side of the supporters of its usage.
