The measures put forth should be ethical and fair both to the firm and the workers or employees. In cases where the measures are not fair, customers tend to distant themselves from the firm’s products or services and this impacts negatively on the firms’ share of the market.

This is often the cause of a business gap between client prospect and what they basically get from the market.
