Even after repeated phone calls, Gift Shoppe insisted that a refund cannot be made since the package has not been received.

Several calls have been made to your company’s customer service department but no avail. Upon tracking the package, we were informed that it was lost in transit to Gift Shoppe. However, our records show that the last pick-up of the consignment by UPS was Great Stuff Gifts. Therefore, we would like to claim a refund because the shipment of beads was insured and it was clear that the package had left the Great Stuff premises.

Because Great Stuff Gifts & Cards is not responsible for the second-order of beads as well as records indicating that the package was lost in the custody of UPS after we did not accept the delivery, I would like to request a full refund of the total amount of $600. To my understanding, the shipment was insured so we are kindly asking Gift Shoppe to file a claim with UPS so that they can be compensated.
