All you need are margarine, onions, chicken, tomatoes, dry lemon, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf and black pepper, Kabsa spice and sometimes I use Curcuma.
After that add tomato sauce with tomato and add the ground spices. Now you can put chili and dry lemon. Cover the pot and leave it to simmer for about 40 minutes until chicken is cooked. Then take the chicken out of the pot after maturity and put quinoa then. Add a little chicken broth which was in the pot. Leave it till 60 minutes and take a look: if there is no water left it is ready to serve. Finally, put Kabsa in a serving dish and the leader of the onions on the reddish surface.
