Introduction Education is viewed as a prerequisite to good citizenship. Education is not only essential from knowledge perspective; it is also beneficial in-terms of social and economic development of people. According to Theodore Roosevelt, “in order to be a good citizen the primary requirement of a person is to have the ability to pull his weight in the society.” A person can only become a good citizen if he is educated and he has the potential to earn his living. Apart from being a good citizen, education has many other uses that can help in development of a nation. The present education format is focused on providing knowledge to people in order to make them capable of understanding their carrier objectives and be prepared for the next level of education. Many researchers and theorists believe that the current education pattern for men should include some additional subjects, which would help them learn the art of living. The most essential part of education in the modern world is practical life experiences. It has been observed that students from the beginning of their age are fond of stories narrated by their teachers, which are related to society. Men have greater interest towards subjects that are based on practical experiences. Education based on mining is very important for men’s perspective. Mining of natural resources is very important and men are mostly preferred for this purpose. Hence education related to mining is essential for men. Moreover, subjects related to defence, electronics and computers are also equally important for men. Practical experiences and implication of the experiences in the study of students is required in-order to overcome the challenges associated with modern educational system. This research paper focuses on the best compose for the education of men. Analysis Education is not only based on academic learning, it is also a cluster of actual life experiences. For an example, subjective matters of physics are not only based on theoretical implications, it is also based on real-time experiments. Experiments are conducted in-order to obtain a real-time observation of the theory discussed during classroom education. It is very essential to understand that learning is the key of life and academic education only can-not provide the required amount of knowledge. Implementation of real-life experiences during education is required to make students understand the use of the subjective matters in practical world. According to essay ‘Learning in the Key of Life’, Spayde tells that academic education does-not prepare men for the real world consequences. Self education is the only method that can help in progression towards practical knowledge (Spayde 1). Theorists like John Ralston Saul have argued on the fact that academic knowledge is less important. According to Saul, technology is on a growing trend and it is very important for men to learn computers in-order to sustain in the modern world. Spayde believed that classroom education alone is not enough for developing skills for men because it is essential to provide practical examples to men regarding any particular subject. Moreover, men are vulnerable and they need to know the importance of theoretical knowledge in their life. Education in school and college is important and it is essential to make every student educated by providing them a minimum primary knowledge but practical knowledge has its own importance. There are people, who have not been to school and they earn their living successfully because of interest they possess in a particular field. There are many examples for people, who have not been to college and still live a good life and are also regarded as good citizens. From the education perspective for men it is essential to understand the requirement of experiments. Experiments induce the interest in the mind of students and it helps them to read and analyze the requirement of the theories. According to Miles Harvey, a journalist from Chicago; learning subjective matters in schools and colleges is time consuming and it can result in lack of interest in the mind of students. Hence, she advises that students should be confronted towards practical study for longer duration rather than subjective education. If students are exposed to games and sports and they are taught to learn on their own, their mind will be less exhausted and they will have the potential to grab more amount of knowledge, which is essential. Men should always be allowed to learn on their own because it will help in them to increase their decision making abilities and their self-confidence would boost in a shorter period of time. The War against Boys is a book written by Christina Hoff Sommers. Christina has specified about the problems boys face in educational institutes. Earlier girls were the victim in the society and boys were on the safer side however the modern revolution of feminism has changed the face of the society completely. It is very important to understand that girls are given much priority in schools and colleges compared to boys (Sommers 105). In-order to develop an error-free educational institute, it is very essential to understand the complexities that aroused from gender inequality. According to Christina there should not be any discrimination based on gender. Boys in the modern world are the worst sufferers and they lack interest from teachers in schools and colleges. Hence, the educational system should be developed in such a way that boys can get a proper chance to learn while they are sitting in classrooms. According to Christina, lower school boys are being neglected continuously and they do-not get proper chance to develop their skills. Undoubtedly, all boys do-not face the same problem because the education system does-not discriminate while educating students. Some boys with more capacity of learning get the opportunity to learn properly however others feel trouble to understand subjective matters discussed in the class. It is very essential to develop an education format for students wherein they can enjoy their learning environment. If students feel education is a burden they would not be able to cope with the curriculums and finally they will be withheld from the advantages of education. Hence it is important to understand that boys should be given proper importance from the beginning of their educational carriers so that they can obtain the technical skills from their teachers and they do-not feel pressure while learning subjective matters in their classroom. Christina’s book mainly explains about the educational system of United States of America and according to her statements American boys need help on a greater scale compared to the girls in terms of education. In the book Why Boys Fail, Richard Whitmire explains the reason due to which boys feel low at school. A perfect example was provided in the book about a school and their administration regarding an award distribution to students. According to Richard, girls were called up the stage and honoured with awards for their behaviour however boys were not entertained even when they deserved awards based on their performance. The book also describes about some other experiences what students themselves felt regarding gender discrimination (Whitmire 170). The main reason for gender discrimination of students at a lower age was the academic performance of boys compared girls. It was observed that boys scored less compared to girls and they were more prone to games and playgrounds rather than studying in classroom. Girls had gained their respect because of their nature and boys were at great loss because they focused more on plays and games. The education system of the particular school was not appropriate. It is the responsibility of teachers to make their students about the impacts of knowledge gap instead of leaving them behind. Boys need special care and treatment while they are in classroom. It is the tendency of boys to create disturbances in classroom hence teachers should organize the classroom pattern in such a way that boys and girls both could gain interest towards their subject. Moreover, games and sports are important part of life and it provides an opportunity to develop an atmosphere of self-study. Hence teachers should have appreciated students while they played games and tech them properly while providing lectures in classroom. It has been observed that between 1980 and 2001, there has been a gradual decrease in interest of male students towards graduation. Earlier number of girls graduating from college was less however according to recent reports girls are graduating on a higher scale compared to boys because boys have lost interest towards their academic career. The lack in their interest aroused mainly due to ignorance that they felt during their school. Hence there is a requirement of change in the educational process in order to help students from failing. In the book ‘The Politics of Race and Sex on Campus’ Professor D’Souza, described about the problems associated with the education system with respect to racial and sexual discrimination. It has been observed that in most of the schools and colleges, discrimination on the basis of race is prominent. Students belonging from backward race are not treated equally with other students. Boys with backward race are the worst sufferers because they do-not receive any interest from teachers as well as fellow students. D’Souza has provided many examples in his book regarding the discrimination of male students, which have hampered their careers. The discrimination of students makes them feel low and they are encouraged to participate in activities that they are no supposed to do (D’Souza 52). Most of the male students become victims of educational system because they d-not get much support from their family members in their initial stage. Family members have a belief that male students do-not want to attend colleges because of their own mischievous activities. Moreover, students with more interest in sports and games do-not receive proper treatment from their teachers, which lets their moral go down. Finally these students tend to stay rigid and quit their studies without proper consent from their family members and teachers. There is an outmost requirement to change the progression of this type of education system because it does-not help students; in fact students keep on losing in their career and future (Brooks 298). In the modern world boys lack the literacy skills required to compete with the information age. Governments of many countries have identified the problems associated with the decreasing trend of education among boys. It is believed that for men the best constitute towards education would be setting-up an institution where teachers would be given special skills to treat boys properly. The most important concern related to boys is that they do-not open themselves up in front of family members and teachers and they keep troubles within themselves (Tierney and Kristof 1). This type of characteristics in boys have led to severe circumstances in past and special care is required towards male students in order to help them psychologically. Discussion Based on the analysis from different authors and theorists, it is clear that male students are at greater threat regarding education. Researchers and government agencies have spotted the problems associated with students. Male students have been victims from very beginning of their life. After students get admitted to schools they have different type of habits regarding their curriculums. Female students are mostly fond of playing and chatting inside classroom whereas male students prefer playing in playgrounds. Teachers do-not understand the logic behind the difference in the behaviours of children and they are viewed from a different perspective. This attitude of teachers from the very beginning of their school life hampers the education progression of male students. Moreover, students from backward race are not entertained in classroom equally, which also causes differences in the behaviours of students towards their subject, teachers and educational institute. Teachers appointed in nursery’s and primary schools must be provided special training before they are made to encounter with students (Frank 22). This would reduce the discrepancy among the behaviours of teachers towards their students and students would be encouraged to study and learn from their teachers. It has been constantly observed that students are overloaded with subjective matters during their college days. Teachers are required to understand that male students have less concentration power compared to female students hence they should be focused more compared to girls. The best way to educate male students is to share live and practical experiences with the. Boys find live experiences very interesting and they enjoy listening to stories and imagining them. Teachers can also make attempts to take students out of their campus in educational tours and observe the behaviour of them. Most of the male students have the tendency to open up when they feel less mental pressure. According to Jon Spayde, male students are more vulnerable to practical experiences and they grab educational matters easily when they are made to understand practically. According to Jon, if male student is explained about a solution of a mathematical problem, he might not have the tendency to understand the reason behind it from his own will. Instead, if a teacher explains the student about the reason behind the solution of the problem and its practical experience the student would get the will to solve more problems on his own. Moreover, students should not only be allowed to learn subjective matters, they should also be encouraged to learn from practical experiences. Learning from practical experiences is also termed as self-learning. Self-learning helps students to increase their decision making abilities and students develop technical skills on their own towards their subjective matters (Bennett 25). Education in the form of life experience also helps male students develop their creative and critical thinking abilities. With the development of creative thinking students can enhance their personal skills and solve complex problems easily. On the other hand development of critical thinking ability can help students enhance their power to make positive judgements and this can finally be helpful towards their knowledge of real-world problems. Researchers suggest that the best institutions can sometimes not be enough towards development of skills for men. Sometimes men can perform better if they are left free to develop their knowledge and skills by themselves. Educational institutions should focus more on development of technical knowledge of students. From the industrial perspective, students should be encouraged to solve complex problems on their own. In-order to develop technical and social skills, students should be allowed to provide their own judgement towards a problem. According to modern theorist Samuel Smiles, every student has the potential to understand and resolve queries on their own. Students need appropriate educational atmosphere that can help them make their own decisions based on their personal experiences. Government agencies in many countries have understood the complexity associated with development of male students and they have arranged special training institutions for teachers so that they can train their students in such a way that can help students to enhance their skills at the same time they can be motivated to obtain knowledge from their teachers without any objection. Teachers are the role model for their students and they should not have make any discrimination based on age, gender or race against their students. Conclusion From the analysis and discussion, it is significant that male students have been the victim of discrimination from their students in the modern world. The discrimination of students by their teachers has affected their educational development. Male students have a decreasing tendency towards education because they are not being encouraged by their teachers and family members. The number of male graduates from college is less compared to female graduates because they do-not find education as an essential parameter for their carrier growth. Most of the male students are indulged in activities that are harmful for their future. In the past few decades teachers have discriminated students based on their race, colour and sex, which has reduced the interest of students towards their academic career. There are some theorists, who believe that academic education is only a single parameter for judging students. Students have the ability to obtain knowledge by themselves and it can help them to take proper decisions in their future. Based on the present circumstances government agencies have incorporated several methods for creating interest in students towards their studies. Students should be motivated to learn in the classroom as well as in the playground. The most essential part of education is practical life experience. With the help of practical life experience students can develop their critical as well as creative thinking abilities, which can help them to carry their weight in the society. Hence it can be concluded that male students have been victims of the education system in the past few decades and appropriate steps are required to be implemented in-order to resolve the issue.
