Whitney Houston was remained to be one of the most successful singers in the world concerning the musicians with the black skin and regarded as artist with the biggest amount of awards of different kinds. It was absolutely clear that Whitney attained a huge fame and world recognition. This was a magnificent woman with a strong voice and charming beauty. Despite of the facts about her problems with drugs and alcohol she was considered to be an icon for million people all over the world. This woman was born in August 9, 1963in Newark, New Jersey (The Biography, 2014). This had been a nice naïve girl with the big dream, and as her mother said “I saw the little girl who used to grab a broom and belt out songs in our basement studio like she was onstage at Carnegie Hall” (Houston, 2013). This girl was born in the family of famous people in that period, as her mother was a singer as much as her cousin and sister (The Wall Street Journal, 2014). Therefore it was important to admit that love to music and involving in the process of its creation was given to her since the early ages. This girl sang in the church since the childhood; still, Whitney had her first serous performance when she was a teenager on the scene in New York (The Wall Street Journal, 2014). Moreover, she sang with her mother and at the age of fifteen she started her career as a model. The matter is that one photographer discovered her natural beauty and charm, since that period Whitney had become a successful teenage model and even appeared in Seventeen magazine (The Biography, 2014). Concerning those facts it was worse to admit that her first steps in show-business were rather appreciative. Her career as a singer started to develop in 1983 when was Whitney’s debut on national television (The Biography, 2014). Clive Davis and Arista Records worked with Houston for a few years and in 1985 her first album was released (Pareles and Nagourney, 2012). That brings success and fame to this lady and the song from this album that was called Saving All My Love for You won Grammy in 1986 (The Biography, 2014). Moreover, this album had sold with an extreme speed in the USA and abroad, as more than 12 million copies were spread around the world (The Wall Street Journal, 2014). Her second release that appeared in a year was called Whitney and brought this singer a huge fame and big amount of awards (The Biography, 2014). In addition, Whitney Houston made a great and successful world tour in that period, so it was relevant to mention that this woman became an idol and icon in the dimension of music. Whitney Houston had a kind heart and was always ready to help people around the world who were in need. Whitney Houston Foundation for Children was an organization that gave a helping hand to poor children and provided the special projects for them (The Biography, 2014). To such extent, it should be admitted that Whitney liked children and tried to take care of them. Year 1992 was remained to be important in her personal life and career. The matter was that she acquainted and got married with the singer Bobby Brown in that period, and also released her extremely famous hit I Will Always Love You (Pareles and Nagourney, 2012). These two events changed her personal life as well as her career. As for their marriage it had been lasted for fifteen years and gave birth to a child. Bobby and Whitney had a daughter that was born in 1993 in a year after the marriage (The Biography, 2014). Bobbi Kristina Houston Brown was a full name of their beloved daughter (The Biography, 2014).The marriage was passionate and loving but that ideal vision lasted not for a long time. After a third year of family life Bobby and Whitney started to express divergent views on their lives and world. Concerning the period of great fame and popularity in the world we were in need to mention that it was connected with her participation in the film The Bodyguard and performing of the cover of Dolly Partons I Will Always Love You (The Biography, 2014). This song “became the biggest selling commercial single in history, and reaped Grammys for Record Of the Year and Best Female Pop Vocal” (The Wall Street Journal, 2014). I Will Always Love You was regarded as the Houston’s biggest hit ever and also was known for the public all over the world. It was relevant to admit that acting in film The Bodyguard and releasing soundtracks to this film played the most essential step in the career of Whitney Houston and brought this woman world success. As she sold more than 42 million copies of the albums in which these soundtracks were included, and won “17-times platinum in the U.S” that was considered to be one of the biggest selling motion in history (The Wall Street Journal, 2014). Since that period Houston productively worked on soundtrack release and made rather big amount of them. Single When You Believe that was made for the animated film The Prince of Egypt attained an Academy Award (The Biography, 2014). Still, in 1998 Whitney released her non-soundtrack album that was named My Love Is Your Love and also was admitted by the Grammy Award (The Biography, 2014). Houston was the person who achieved an extremely great success in her career and profession. Unfortunately, it could not be mentioned about her personal life. Late 1990s were described by her problems with husband and personal life (The Biography, 2014). It was important to admit that such period was connected with her addiction to drug and alcohol usage (The Biography, 2014). Whitney experienced a really hard influence from these horrible habits. What was more her health became poor and week. Her husband Bobby in year 2004 started to make money on their unsuccessful marriage and “began filming a reality show for Bravo entitled Being Bobby Brown” (The Biography, 2014). The show represented the worst years of the family life of this couple. Whitney tried to avoid contradictions in this period and was concentrated on her music and career. Year 2006 was highlighted in the dimension of Whitney’s career as she was named the most-awarded female artist of all time and entered the “Guiness World Records in 2006” (The Biography, 2014). It was clear that Whitney Houston was regarded as the most successful singer of all the times. Still, the divorce and personal problems made her weaker each single day. In a few years Whitney decided to pull herself together and released a new album I Look To You, in was dated by 2009 year and was received with pleasant and warm feelings by her fans. Houston died on February 11, 2012, and the official cause of her death was remained to be an accidental drowning (The Biography, 2014). She was 48 years old and died on Saturday in Beverly Hills (Pareles and Nagourney, 2012). It was mentioned that “Ms. Houston was found in her room at 3:55 p.m., and paramedics spent close to 20 minutes trying to revive her, the authorities said” (Pareles and Nagourney, 2012). Her death was considered to be a huge lost for all music world and show-business dimension. She was regarded as a queen of pop music and appeared as an icon for the millions of people. Taking all facts under consideration, it was relevant to admit that Whitney Houston was remained to be a real super star in the area of world pop music. This woman broke all records and attained all possible awards. Her career was admitted with the incredible and unbelievable success. Still, she always had problems in her family life and inner balance. She was included to the Guiness World Records, but abuse drugs and alcohol because of personal family problems.
