No successful business, rather union, in this world would ever give away its most prized secrets in the name of benefit for humanity. Yet the consumers choose to ignore the bitter truth for a sweet taste. Their secret ingredients are full of not-so-secret health toxins that promote obesity, increased deposition of cholesterol promoting arteriosclerosis, hypertension, insulin resistance, diabetes and other fatal cardiac disorders. A more sedentary lifestyle contributes to an increase in these rates.
An office job has you hooked to a desk and a chair with a flat Liquid Crystal Display right in front of your eyes. Which means a highly sedentary life style; this when triggered with intake of only fast foods can build up toxin pressure inside the body and slow atrophy.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars are spent each year in health care facilities, if a small portion of this percentage is allocated to restore health guaranteeing meat and other raw materials in the fast food or even if these fast foods are banned altogether a significant decline in mortality rate can be observed. Moreover consumption of fast food as a daily habit helps in generating a disabled world.

A Response to Ames’s “Fast Food Isn’t to Blame”. The title of the article “Fast Food Isn’t to Blame” is an extremely powerful statement which already speaks for itself. As the author R. A. Ames (295-299) has argued, weight problems are not because of the unhealthy, salty, oily menus on fast food which offer thousands of calories per meal but is caused by nobody else but themselves.
Current generation does not have enough time to spend in kitchens. Majority of the husbands and wives are working professionals at present and they are not much interested in cooking foods after a heavy workout session in their workplaces. Fast food is a blessing for such people.
This means that the Chinese people strictly adhere to the Chinese cultural practices, which are exhibited in the cloths that they wear, how they conduct themselves, how they interact with others, and most importantly the type of food that they eat.
