Global Warming is no hoax, it is happening and almost the whole world acknowledges it, those who do not acknowledge it are either ignorant or do not want to come to terms with reality. This essay will shed light upon evidence which clearly goes to show that global warming is actually happening and it is also having an adverse effect on the ozone layer and as a result of which the climate is changing for the worse. Here is some evidence to support the argument, “The average size of the 2012 ozone hole was 6.

9 million square miles (17.9 million square kilometers). The Sept. 6, 2000 ozone hole was the largest on record at 11.5 million square miles (29.9 million square kilometers).” (Climate Change)“Scientists attribute the change to warmer temperatures in the Antarctic lower stratosphere.” (Climate Change)This is one evidence that the hole is getting smaller and smaller and this is extremely bad for the human race, it will fail to protect us from the ozone layers and terrible diseases like skin cancer would spread at the drop of a hat.

“The current cycle of global warming is changing the rhythms of climate that all living things have come to rely upon. What will we do to slow this warming?” (Global Warming)Global warming is believed to be changing the current climate and this will have adverse effect on a lot of things, the climate will be highly unstable and it will inevitably affect the human race. The imbalance will result in excessive rainfall, drought in some areas, tsunamis, hurricanes, cyclones and so on, this will cause damage beyond repair.

“Hurricane Sandy's storm surge will almost certainly cause more concentrated damage” (Climate Change) To conclude it is very fair to say that global warming is not a hoax, it is happening and it will inevitably have an adverse effect on the human beings, it is preventable but more measures need to be taken in order to prevent it.
