...Allegory of the cave In the Plato’s Allegory of the Cave, the humans there were trapped their entire lives in a cave. To them, there was no other life apart from the one that existed via their eyes. To their naked eyes, intellectual and puppets nose acted as their only inspiring observation of the universe. An individual was freed to be on his own, which was a powerful opportunity, however, maybe a little bit much powerful. An attempt to return to where s/he belonged, however, nobody understood or even trusted him (Hanly, 2007).
In my own opinion, I believe this allegory in several ways relates to life as we see it currently. This is because we are being told lies every minute of our lives... ...
