He enlightens the readers that at a crisis situation the victims concurs the presence of both danger and opportunity. In a matter of micro seconds the effected person has to decide among a couple of choices. Suggesting a person when taking curative measure is in fact an easy task but to analyze situations logically and critically at the time when adrenaline rush is on fire, is really a hard job.
