...Space shuttle Columbia failure Introduction: On February 2003, the Space shuttle Columbia collapsed in Texas as well as some parts of Louisiana, when it was trying to re-enter the Earth’s atmosphere (Cabbage and Harwood, 94). During the collapse, the space shuttle killed all the seven crew who were on board.
