In order to accomplish the objective of the research, general manager, accountant and finance manager of the art organization has been involved in an interview conducted using questionnaire. Previously, the person was worked as a musician and played with Black Dyke Mills Band, who has won multiple awards in this field. He has written a large number of articles based on brass band for various journals related to music. He has been also engaged in several educational projects related to music, like for instance teaching at St. Vincent’s School for the Blind. Apart from his music career, this person also has relevant and significant experience in project management and business development within corporate and communities. The responsibilities of the director are to run the organization in an effective way such that it sustains in the business. 4.2.2 Organization B This organization organizes an event named Threshold Festival, which in a multi art event held in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle of United Kingdom (UK).
