Secondly, it aims to gain a clear understanding regarding the utilization of this accounting information, so as to run the organization effectively and efficiently. Thirdly, this study also sheds light on effectiveness that the business model and the limitations that the management accounting of the art organization suffers during the period of financial austerity. Last but not the least the study highlights on the various sources of finance for the arts organization and the budgetary control and measures that the organization applies. In order to accomplish the objective of the research, general manager, accountant and finance manager of the art organization has been involved in an interview conducted using questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of open ended question, so that the accountant or the finance officers who are involved in the survey gets full freedom in answering these question and present their opinion and ideas in their own way. The interview was conducted with the finance mangers of two music organization and one museum.
