In this course, I advocate a feminist perspective that contends that "women will not be free until men are free". I think naturally, men are on top of women by virtue of their masculinity. They control the means of production and other aspects of life but they also fall short of total emancipation and freedom. Therefore, women can also be emancipated when men get total freedom.
I want to get a clear understanding of the difference between gender and sexuality. We often use these terms interchangeably but upon a closer analysis, it can be seen that these two terms are not the same. I would also like to learn why feminists advocate for equality with men yet females and males are biologically different.
