Diversity Project DIVERSITY PROJECT Hassan and his parents left their country three years ago due to the outbreak of a killer disease. By the time Hassan and his family left his country, he already had cleared high school. He enrolled for an undergraduate course in the native country. There were a lot of challenges while studying since there were very few Muslims in his class and he always felt left out. Being a staunch Muslim, he made sure he attended his prayers without fail and kept abreast with all the religious activities that had to be done.

Hassan successfully cleared his undergraduate studies successfully and got a sponsor to pay his masters education. He cleared his master’s degree last year and has been looking for a job without success. He receives an email that requires him to attend an interview at a profit-making organization. During the interview, he is asked to introduce himself and when he mentions that he is a Muslim everyone becomes restless. He however passes the interview and gets the job. He starts working but faces challenges since he is a very staunch Muslim.

The Human Resource Managers do not allow him to pray and they insist that he has to attend their prayer meetings.
