As a major argument, the author got in a position to approach the aspects of place construction as well as in relation to the different illness and health issues affecting different localities. This has further provided a conceptual framework of coming up with the best approach of scales of analysis and enriching practitioners with new body of knowledge of understanding construction of places. By looking at how HIV is distributed in the different regions of Thailand, Geography has gotten developed by looking at the different localities, national, regional and global standing levels. Therefore it would get right to argue that HIV as the main agenda in this journal has gotten effective in developing geographical studies and terms.
HIV has revealed most important information concerning the provincial demography, in terms of economic and socio-cultural status and the prevalence rates in Bangkok and other northern parts of Thailand (Del Casino Jr, 334). As the main agenda in the journal, it has gotten a lot of effectiveness in addressing as well as revealing such issues like geography, poverty, place, drug abuse, daily activity space in Thailand. It has further come up with a comprehension and understanding of health related problems in a developing world context.
