Huntington observes the position of the west in various combat in the world and claims there are instances of favoritism and use it as a reason for the possibility of a clashing civilization. It might be true, but still, friends still become enemies and end up being friends again. This is the case with fighting nations it is only a matter of national interest and once sorted things will be back to normal. Civilization cannot be hampered by a few nations that are not at peace with each other.
