The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is one of the renowned national public healthcare institutes of United States of America. It is a federal agency established under the Department of Health and Human Services of US. It presents high-quality of health-care facilities all round the world with headquarter in the Druid Hills of Georgia, Greater Atlanta. Other than this, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) are also recognized as Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA). It is also a federal agency present within United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) that helps in controlling various Medicare programs developed within the country (MediLexicon International Ltd, 2013). It also works in coordination with state government to administer State Children's Health Insurance Programs (SCHIP) and health insurance portability standards for their betterment. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is another renowned healthcare agency established under U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Its prime objective is to offer high level of health care services to the uninsured patients so as to reduce their level of distress. Being located in Rockville, Maryland, it offers high end support to varied states and U.S. territories. All these healthcare organizations work for the benefit of the suffering patients so as to present relief to them. Discussion The Services Offered By (CDC), (CMS) and (HRSA) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or CDC are extremely popular healthcare organization established to protect and offer public healthcare facilities and prevention against varied chronic diseases, injuries and disabilities. Other than this, it also offers high concentration over infectious disease and diseases developed by food borne pathogens within the body of the individual. Along with this, it also offers high level of concentration over environmental health, promotion of the health activities, occupational safety as well as safety measures from varied types of injuries. This is done to prevent and control varied types of disorders or injuries. Side by side, it also offers varied types of information over obesity and diabetes as compared to others. This helped the organization to improve its brand image and equity in the market among other players (MediLexicon International Ltd, 2013). On the other hand, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) are developed to present federal needs based programs along with improvements in laboratory activities. Moreover, it also tries to maintain high quality standards for the treatments of the ailing patients. Apart from this, certain other services are also offered such as in-patient and out-patient services, vaccines for children, rural health-care services, physician services, Pediatric services, laboratory and x-ray services and many others as compared to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or CDC (Huntington, n. d.). Other than this, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is another reputed healthcare agency presenting varied Services. Its prime objective is to offer high level of health care services to the uninsured patients so as to attain health equity. This is done to reduce their level of distress of the patients. Moreover, HRSA also supervises many organs, bone marrow and cord blood donation camps as well. It supports programs that prepare against bioterrorism, and also maintains databases that help in protecting the health care misconducts as well as health care frauds. Thus, due to all these facilities, all the above mentioned healthcare organizations are extremely renowned in the entire segment among others. Compare and Contrast the Oversight of Each Federal Health Care Agency Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or CDC attaining a reputed position in the market of US is also suffering from varied types of patient complaints and grievances. This is mainly due to the failure of the management of CDC to present high end technological devices and machineries to offer better treatment facilities. It expected to spend $10 billion in purchasing innovative machineries to treat patients but they wasted the entire money in international junkets and in presenting lavish facilities. Due to which, the reputation became highly hampered resulting in downfall of its image as well. Similarly, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is also another organization that failed to retain its dominance in the market (CMS, n. d.). Just similar to CDC, it also failed to present extra benefits to the low-income patients that they promised in their ‘Day to Day management Program’. Along with this, they also committed to offer dual eligible Medicaid facilities to the patients, that they failed to maintain. Due to which, the level of loyalty within the minds of the patients reduced to a significant extent as CDC. Along with this, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) also failed to retain the commitment of presenting high-end services to the HIV/AIDS patients (Blum, 2010). However, it is extremely wrong on the part of the management of the healthcare organization to deviate from their commitments. This is because all the patients entirely depend on their commitment and desire to avail best types of facilities from their end. But due to their negligence and miss-commitments the patients had to suffer a lot. Due to which, huge range of complaints are given by the family members of the patients and they also try to switch over to another other branded healthcare organization as compared to this. As a result, the value and equity of this healthcare organization reduces day by day in these competitive markets. Conclusion Conclusively, it can be stated that in order to retain the level of reputation and dominance of the healthcare organization, it is extremely essential to remain committed towards their promises. Only then, they might survive for a long time in this market among others. References Blum, J. (2010). Oversight challenges in the medicare prescription drug program. Web. 28 September, 2013.
