Above all, the Medicaid cuts in the proposal would move the burden to the states, and finally on to seniors and people with disabilities who are benefited from the program. It would greatly impact the significantly low-income families to whom the program is their lifeline. This situation requires sufficient researchers in the specific field to overcome the issues. Taking the information regarding the issue into consideration, an expert can formulate and develop suitable health policies. Consulting health care providers and policy experts would add efficiency to the policy-making process.

A new system of competitive bidding would be imposed on Medicare to tackle down the probable disruptive service to beneficiaries. Noam N. Levey in California could pose the problem for Obama’s healthcare reform explains the issues associated with the proposals for health reforms in California. Being the model state for healthcare reforms California is seeking to implement some of the controversial limits on government-subsidized coverage.
